3 -TERMOENERGETIKA- Inverted bucket steam traps Type OKZ PN6/PN16 We produce the inverted bucket steam traps type OKZ for nominal pressures PN 6 and PN 16 These traps have automatic air vent on the start-up. All internal parts are made of stainless steel and encased in a cast (cast iron or ductile iron). Dimensions separator according to the diameter are given in the table. Because of this they are not recommended for outdoor installation. In case of cancellation, inverted bucket steam traps usually remain in the fully open position. 4 -TERMOENERGETIKA- Inverted bucket steam traps Type OKZ-VP NP/NP40 Steam traps type OKZ-VP are made for nominal pressure PN and PN40. These steam traps have automatic air vent on the start-up. All internal parts are made of stainless steel, a steel housing is made by welding. Dimensions of this steam traps, according to the diameter are given in the table. For special applications we produce type OKZ-VP with stainless steel housing. Maximum capacity depending on the pressure difference before and after the steam trap are given in the diagram. Steam traps type OKZ - VP are designed for operation at high pressure and the condensate discharge when the power supply steam is superheated. These steam traps are not designed for drainage of the steam line, especially if the steam line is for superheated steam. This type of steam traps must be mounted in position as shown, and the entrance to the separator through the lower port. In addition to the basic version separator OKZ-VP we also produce traps type OKZ-V that has the same connection flanges position as the OKZ type of steam traps, but is designed for pressures PN and PN 40. 5 -TERMOENERGETIKA- Float ball steam trap Type OKP PN6 PN16 PN Float ball steam trap, type OKP comes in two variations: flanged connection from DN1 up to DN0 and with a screwed connection of R1 / ", R/4`` and R1." These steam traps can be produced for PN6, PN16 and PN nominal pressure. In addition to standard version of OKP type (shown in the picture), we have developed a whole range of such separators, but with different position of connections to meet our customers requests. This type of steam trap, must be fixed in position shown on drawing (right). OKP type are supplied with thermo capsule type TK-M, which allows steam traps to discharge non-condensing gases. This is especially important when starting the installation, when the amount of n on-condensing gases are largest. All internal parts are manufactured odvajca stainless steel, witch enables the maximum lifespan. The housing is made of cast iron or ductile iron. 6 -TERMOENERGETIKA- Float ball steam trap Type OKP-E DN 40 and DN 0 Type OKP - E which is modified steam trap of OKP series. OKP-E has a servo mechanism to open steam trap. This mechanism allows the steam trap to has a larger diameter of the valve openings and thus little pressure drop. Due to this OKP-E has a large capacity even at at low pressure differences. The steam trap type OKP-E is designed for large consumers and eventually to consumers who work with low steam pressure, and have relatively high power. This type of steam trap comes only in dimensions of DN40 and higner. Depending on the required capacity at the request of the users OKP-E can modified (the mechanism) to allow even a greater capacity of the steam trap, then declared in the attached (down) diagram. Steam trap type OKP-E can be applicated for flush vessel supply, in such application OKP-E regulates the level of condensate in the vessel. 7 Thermostatic steam traps Type TKL DN 1 - DN 0 Steam traps type TKL come with the threaded connection of R1 / ", R / 4" R1 "and the flange connection from DN1 up to DN0. Steam traps type TKL DN1 and DN0 and type TKL R 1/ "and /4" have one thermal capsule type TK (picture below). Steam trap housing is made of cast iron or cast steel. It can be disassembled, in order to enable quick and easy replacement of thermal capsule. Replace capsule is possible without removing the steam trap from the pipeline, and the time required for capsule replacement does not exceed 1 minutes. Replacement of the capsules are practically completed overhaul of separators. These steam traps can be mounted in any position, depending on the capsule filling may discharge condensate undercooled up to 40º C. Standard filling of the capsule enables condensate discharge up to 10 C subcooling. 8 -TERMOENERGETIKA- Thermostatic steam trap Type TKL - M / TKL - MG Thermostatic steam traps type TKL - M and TKL - MG have screw connection of R1 / ", R / 4" and R1 ", they have nominal pressure PN16. T E E N At the costumer request, TKL-M can come with stainer integrated within of the housing of the steam trap. Replaceable thermostatic element is inside the steam trap, it is a thermostatic capsule type TK- M. This steam trap discharges the condensate with subcooling from 10 to 0º C. In this way it is exploited the heat of condensate and it is decreased the amount of flash steam. Typically the steam traps type TKL - M and TKL - MG used in heating systems, cooking food duplicates in hospitals and hotels, the smaller diameter pipelines steam drainage etc. A T E E N B TKL - M B Steam trap has a folding housing, so it allows replacement of thermostatic capsule. This significantly increases life time of these steam traps. At the costumer request, we can deliver this type of steam trap to release condensate with 40 º C of subcooling. 9 -TERMOENERGETIKA- Thermostatic steam traps Type TKZ Thermostatic steam traps type TKZ is made entirely from stainless steel. It's sealed in welded housing. Compact design and small built in measures provide easy installation. We produce them for a nominal pressure PN PN16, with screw connection R1/ ", R / 4" R1 ". L In addition to the standard version we have version of type TKZ with eccentrically offset connectors, as well as version with both internal threaded connection. The TKZ type has installed thermal capsule, type TK. Depending on the requirements we can provide undercooling of condensate from to 0 C. TKZ type steam trap can be installed in any position. In the case of installation as shown on picture, on the system stop, condensate can leak out of steam trap so there is no danger of freezing. In the case of freezing up to - C there is no fracture of internal parts or the casing, so it is suitable for drainage and steam consumers who may be exposed to low temperatures. TKZ's housing is not retractable so it is not foreseen the possibility of replacing capsule. This steam traps have the lowest price compared to other steam traps and a very long life time. Warranty for this type is two years. Separator type is usually applied TKZ for the installation of steam heating, steam for outdoor drainage, ancillary heating. It also applies to consumers in small drainage prehrabenoj, chemical, petrochemical industry, etc.. They are good and the accompanying heating fuel oil and heating fuel oil tanks. 10 Thermodynamic steam trap Type TDK We have developed a new series of thermodynamic traps type TDK, with the thermodynamic capsule. Housing and internal parts of this steam trap are made of stainless steel. In the following table are given values of capacity for steam traps type TDK, related to the working pressure. TDK series are produced with screw connection in sizes: R 1 / ``, R / 4 `` and `` R1 Housing of the steam trap is the thermal chamber that provides a relatively uniform value of temperature inside the housing, regardless of external conditions. This results in optimum temperature for traps. Inside the housing is the replaceable thermodynamic capsule type TD. Optionaly, upon customer request in the housing of the steam trap strainer can be monted. -TERMOENERGETIKA

11 -TERMOENERGETIKA- Thermostatic bimetallic steam traps Type BPZ Steam trap type BPZ is thermostatic steam ttrap with bimetallic plates. This bimetallic steam trap comes with screw connection, sizes: R1 / ", R / 4 and R1,with the nominal pressure PN16 or PN. BPZ type is entirely made of stainless steel, so it has a long life of impeccable work. It comes in compact welded housing. This steam trap has a small mounting dimensions and light weight. It is suitable for steam line drain and the drain of consumers who are not affected with undercooling of the condensate. This steam trap can be installed in any position. If installed vertically, after the syistem stop, condensate can freely drain from the installation and steam trap housing, so there is no danger of frost. The model BPZ, will not suffer breakage of housing or internal parts due to freezing, if it is exposed to the temperatures down to -? C. At the customer request it is possible to adjust for other mounting positions and size of connections. 9 Like the all thermostatic steam traps, BPZ drain condensate with undercooling from to 0?C, depending on customer requirements. BPZ type steam trap is recommended for drainage of steam line with superheated steam and drainage of superheated steam consumers. It is suitable for installation outside of buildings because it allows condensate to flow out of the housing after the plants stopping / pausing(do not keep the condensate in the housing). In the following table (left) are given values of capacity for steam traps type BPZ, related to the working pressure. 16

12 Direct action regulation valve Type RVD RVD is a direct action pressure regulator. It is designed for controlling steam, oil, air and water pressure. We produce it with the screw connections of R1 / " up to R6 / 4" and for nominal pressures of PN 16 to PN All internal valve parts are made of stainless steel (1.401). Membranes are a combination of stainless steel and Teflon. Housing made of cast iron, ductile iron or cast steel. All direct action valves regulated pressure o deviates from the set pressure. Deviation is depending on the current flow. Valves with direct action also have a smaller opening force so there are produced only for the smaller sizes (DN). If it is needed a bigger DN, it is recommend to use pilot operated valve, like RVSU type valve witch have servo device. Valve RVD has the lowest price so you should always be applied when technological requirements allow it. RVD i RVD-N L [mm] 100 R/4" 100 R1" 100 R6/4" 10 RVD G [kg] RVD-N RVD type can be mounted in any position. Also it allows the adjust of the regulated pressure without a system stop. On flow rise, regulated pressure tends to drop. The maximum deviation from the preset pressure is up to 10% of regulated pressure. RVD valve is designed to control pressure exceeding. bar. 13 Regulation valve Type RVSU Regulation valve type RVSU is a mechanical servo pressure regulator. This valve is designed to control steam pressure or air. It consists of two parts, the main valve and pilot valves. The pilot valve, uses the membrane located at the bottom of the valve controls the main valve, so this system is called - servo valve. Steam pressure regulation with the valve type RVSU is very precise. Practically, the steam pressure behind the valve does not depend on the current flow of steam or pressure applied to the flow of 0 to 100% of maximum flow. The advantage of servo regulation is virtually unlimited ratio of input and output pressure. All inside parts of valves are made of stainless steel, membranes are a combination of stainless steel and teflon(ptfe), and the casing is made of cast iron or steel. Capacity depends on the valve inlet pressure and the regulated pressure. For the calculation of capacity use is Kv values obtained by measuring the valve. These coefficients are given in table below-right. These coefficients are given in table below, and below the table are given the equation for flow calculation.valve type RVSU found is widely applied in many industries. It has a long work life time, low cost and relatively simple maintenance procedures. L These valves exploitation life time is from four up to seven years. After this it is necessary to do maintenance. Maintenance is low cost comparing to the price of new valve and increases the exploitation time of the valve for several more years. This valve also has version with solenoid valve mounted on the pulse line. This enables the remote turning on/off with control of the steam pressure. 14 Temperature control valve Type RT 0 This valve regulates the temperature of heated fluid in a very narrow limits, with the largest error to º C, with good adjustment can reduce the error below º C. Mounts to the side of the steam or condensate, and regulates the temperature of heated fluid. It has a servo device, the pilot valve is temperature control valve type T. Modified version of RT valve is used to control cooling. This valve is placed on the side of the cooling water. This modified valve is labeled as type RT-R. In the table below are given work areas for the predefined set of springs. Optimal relief, on valve activation, of installation is achieved with usage of different springs for different pressures are correctly installed relief activating safety valves. 19 Water supply program RP series - water pressure control valves The picture (right) is shown the basic version of a pressure regulator type RP10-1 On the basis of this version was developed full range of control valves for water. The main valve is controlled by a pilot valve (PV). Through ball valve S1 and choke valve PS water flows to above side of the main valves memebranediaphragm. If the pilot valve is closed then the diaphragm will push the plug unit-disc of the main valve in the closed position. If the pilot valve is fully open, then the liquid from the space above the membrane will flow out in the pipeline behind the main valve. This valve can be lead into a fully open or fully closed position with ball valves S1 and S. If the valve S1 is closed, the valve is lead into a fully open position, if the valve S is closed, the valve has been translated into a fully closed position. All inside parts are made of stainless material (stainless steel and Teflon) and housing is made of a cast steel or cast iron. The pilot valve is made of stainless steel. PV At that moment pressure above the diaphragm is lower then the pressure ahead of the main valve, the membrane will move up and change the position of the valve to open. In this way, the pilot valve controls the main valve. The degree of valve lift depends on the pressure behind the valve (pressure regulated), which is lead under the diaphragm pilot valve that balances with the spring over memebrane. Compaction of springs can be changed on the spot. Speed of opening and closing of the main valve is set by the choke valve PS. S1 PS S Type RP10-1 RP series valves are made for nominal pressure PN6, PN10, PN16 and PN.
