2 Do I need Oil Free Air? Compressed air can be contaminated by micro-organisms, dust, solid particles, rust particles, water vapour, condensed liquid water, water aerosols, acidic condensates, oil, oil aerosol and hydrocarbon vapour. Variable Speed Drive Controller In addition to the features of the Multi controller, the optional VSD controller can be fitted ensuring a variable speed operation is always active only in one of the modules fitted to the compressor. When the air demand increases and the variable speed module reach the maximum capacity, it is switched to fixed speed operation and the variable speed control is transferred to the additional modules. Elimination of electric absorption peaks, optimization of the electric consumption of the compressor and constant regulation of the working pressure is achieved. This series incorporates our advanced lubricated rotary screw compressor which when compared to oil less screw compressors, offer greater efficiency and much lower maintenance. The addition of the catalytic converter guarantees class 1 compressed air (ISO ) for all applications where oil free compressed air is essential.
