water heater s first priority is to provide the set point temperature to the user.

The difference of the incoming ground water and the tankless water heater s set point temperature is known as Delta T ( T) Delta T determines the flow rate of the tankless water heater EXAMPLE: The Tankless temperature is set at = 120 Subtract the incoming temperature from the water heater s set temperature for T: = 63 T 31 Understanding Flow Rate The tankless water heater s first priority is to provide the set point temperature to the user. Based on the T, the tankless product may regulate flow to ensure it can provide the selected temperature.
