Rest room Fixtures: should be attached only to the walls where possible. Provide marine plywood behind toilets. 2. Trash Receptacles: should be wall surface mounted or free-standing, minimum 15-gallon for wall mounted and 22-gallon for free standing. 3. Sanitary Napkin Dispensers: should be wall surface mounted. Dispenser should dispense pads, shields and tampons. The maximum operating cost is $0.25. (Academic buildings and conference facilities only) 4. Soap Dispenser: should be twin pack and wall surface mounted, universal nipple, better adhered by tape and screwed. University will provide, but contractor should install. 5. Plumbing Fixtures Color: shall be white unless indicated otherwise. 6. Toilet Paper Dispensers: a. Academic: Shall be double roll with automatic refill, surface mounted provided and installed by the contractor. In high traffic areas (library, student center, stadium, etc) should be jumbo dispensers. University will provide the jumbo dispenser and contractor to install. b. Residential: Kimberly Clark Escort (grey). 7. Roll Towel Dispensers: should be surface mounted. University will provide the dispenser and contractor to install. 8.
