Multi Drawer System (MDS) Filing / Storage Solution This ingenious system enables a standard 120cm wide tambour door cupboard shelf to be fitted with a multi drawer system.

Drawer labelling There are two ID labels per drawer, which enables speedy identification of the drawers contents. Colour coded ID labels and additional drawer colour coding provides double indexing.

2 Multi Drawer System (MDS) Filing / Storage Solution This ingenious system enables a standard 120cm wide tambour door cupboard shelf to be fitted with a multi drawer system. This type of filing allows storage of both documents, as well as samples and/or small equipment. Drawer labelling There are two ID labels per drawer, which enables speedy identification of the drawers contents. Colour coded ID labels and additional drawer colour coding provides double indexing. MDS inside the cupboard The Vinco MDS (Multi Drawer System) can be fitted inside all 120cm wide Vinco factory assembled or flat pack tambour door cupboards. As the MDS is modular and flexible, ensuring you can build your own customised system to cater for the needs of your business. Included in picture above H198 x W120cm cupboard fitted with an MDS kit allows the combination of several filing solutions in the same cupboard. (Telescopic chassis, flat filing drawers, suspension files, archiving boxes, etc.) The MDS can be adapted in line with the requirements of each user with vertical and/or horizontal filing. MDS makes users lives easier with more choice to personalise how you organise your filing and storage systems. 2

3 Organisation The Vinco MDS is made up of three modular drawer blocks connected together and fixed to the shelf, this can be done without the use of tools. The height of the modules can be adjusted using the shelf locators which are at 25mm intervals. You can order from 25mm, 50mm, 100mm and 150mm high drawers. The drawers can be placed anywhere in the three blocks, enabling all possible options giving complete flexibility. The advantage of the Vinco MDS is having filing incorporated in a tambour door cupboard which makes the best use of space. MDS provides greater efficiency in your day to day working environment. 3

4 The technical aspect Each drawer is injection moulded with polystyrene using technology that produces perfectly flat drawers. In addition the profile of each drawer helps maintain its rigidity. A moulded drawer handle and two label holders elegantly enhances the drawer facia. The drawer modules are made up of 4 injection moulded parts in polystyrene and connected by a click system so they can be assembled easily without tools. Installation is simple - Position the two side blocks on the shelf so the central block is slid into the middle to lock the system together. The modules facias are based on the same design as the drawers giving a uniform and professional overall look. The MDS module is made up of 3 drawer blocks and fixes to the body of the cupboard providing excellent rigidity, fitting exactly, without any loss of space at the sides. 5 Finishes Colour Options - Modules 2 colour schemes are available for the drawer module shells Grey Black Colour Options Drawers Grey Blue Graphite Black Lime Green Each drawer comes complete with 70mm wide labels, available in 4 colours: Yellow, Red, Blue and White, enabling double indexing in each drawer. 5

6 The drawers There are 4 different drawer heights available, all interchangeable from one module to another. 16 drawer module - H25 mm 8 drawer module - H50 mm 4 drawer module - H100 mm 2 drawer module - H150 mm (for CD storage) + 2 drawers H50 mm High-capacity drawers: W: 318 x D: 372 mm (useful: W 290mm x D 330mm). The large width of the drawers enables storage of large format documents, larger than A4. Drawers with solid bottom are practical for small objects.
