5 Continuous butter-making machines Butter making machine KZ-1 is designed to make butter from cream continuously. Cream with appropriate fat content, temperature is introduced to the to the equipment and at the outlet kneaded, cooled butter with correct water content is discharged. Butter can further be transported through pipes with help of the DMC 2 butter conveying device for further processing. 6 PA1 Filling, Forming & Wrapping Machine PA1 is a fully mechanical portion pack machine with a speed of up to 120 packets per minute and filling weights between 10 and 500 g, the single-cell machine offers the highest flexibility for wrapping pasty products. This machine can be equipped with a CIP system. It has an exceptional filling accuracy, extremely high reliability, and a very long life. 7 SK1 Semi Automatic Collation & Cartoning Machine SK1 is fed trough the conveyor of the PA1 wrapping machine. The operation consists of gathering, collating and layering and stacking of the butter packs into customer specific packing formats. The pre made cardboard box box is slotted over the stacking by the operator and collected. The speed of this operation is synchronised with the wrapping machine. 8 HMM1200 Butter Homogeniser HMM1200 is used for reworking the butter and designed to homogenize bulk butter before re-packaging. This operation allows regaining the properties of butter as it was prior to cooling and allows water dispersion. This operation also reduces de-freezing time. The machine consists of frame, impeller drive motor, release muzzle with adjustable valve, removable impellers, hopper with screws, screw drive unit, motor gear and control panel. 9 DMC2 Butter Buffer Tank and Transfer DMC2 is used between a continuous butter maker and one or more packaging machines as a balance vessel with auguers. It also prevents butter from contact with outside minimising bacteriological issues. Available as 500, 1000 and 1500 kg capacities. 10 MPVH-25 Block Butter Buffer Filling Machine MPVH-25 is a semi automatic filler designed to fill butter into bag in box. The range of filling is between kg. The block dimensions are customer specific. The filling device is composed of filling head with a dosing shutter and an operating platform with a carton fixation by side plates. The operating personnel switches on two small cylinders that shift circular supporting plates to the platform. An empty carton is placed upon rollers between plates, the big cylinder and also the platform is ejected by a driver from the primary position to the upper position against the filling head. After opening of a filling shutter the butter starts to be filled into cartons. We expect a constant speed according to the output of the butter making machine (or the dosing pump with the possibility of output control by a frequency changer, respectively). The maximum output of the packing machine is kg per hour, i.e. 30 sec per one carton box. Two filling places are combined in such a way that at one place the product is filled, while the second one is getting ready for filling.
