2 MDL SOLUTIONS Technical Catalogue PDWL AECM LSTAT Seeries Hydronic EC Ducted Fan Coil PRODUCT PRESENTATION: L-STAT PDWL Ducted Fan Coil Series has been designed according to the functional and technical requirements that satisfy the most demanding markets. It offers a complete product range, with 3 row, 3+1 Auxrow and 4 row coils, optional ESP availability, and constructional features to maximize the product flexibility, such as auxiliary heating coils and auxiliary electrical heaters suitable for on-site or in-stock installation. The fan motor assembly can be removed and replaced without de-installation of the unit.

3 Product Features EC Motor: The LSTAT PDWL AECM Ducted Fan Coil Series incorporates DC motors with step-less speed modulation using an integrated EC motor driver. Energy saving or unit power input at set H/M/L speeds is reduced by 30-50% in comparison against traditional on/off AC motors. Moreover, in Energy Saving Auto Mode (ESM), as airflow is continuously varied (step-less progression) between 15% and 100% of the maximum high speed airflow, energy saving will be 50 70% while precisely meeting the required cooling and heating loads of the space. This innovation eliminates the need for the motor to turn off and on periodically to maintain the desired temperature of the environment, leading to total energy savings of up to 50% on an installation/project basis, in addition to its inverter airflow continuously silent operation. The motor is driven by a 0 5 VDC signal originating from an inverter board integrated into the unit onboard controller, which utilizes PID logic in order to modulate motor RPMs in Energy Saving Auto - Mode (ESM). Flexibility: The LSTAT PDWL AECM Ducted Fan Coil has been designed to maximize product flexibility on site, and in stock offering: Interchangeable Left / Right hand connections Easy to remove fan motor assembly, coil and filter for maintenance, without de-installation of the unit Easy to install external valves with standardized pipe connections. Auxiliary Electric Heater and Auxiliary 1 row Heating Coil suitable for On-site or In-stock installation Various Plenum Connector Accessories for multiple applications Product Range 9 sizes 2 pipe models from 1.73 kw/ 5900BTU to 9.87 kw/ 33700BTU cooling capacity. Variable External Static Pressures (ESP) up to 60Pa. 3 row, 3+1 Auxrow (for 4pipe configuration) and 4 row coils available. Standard Configuration The LSTAT PDWL ECM Ducted offers as standard Nylon net filter(s) and interchangeable left/ right-side coil connections. Control Options Total Control PCB (S type) Complete function control compatible with IR Handset controller and/ or Wired Wall Pad, offering continuous or stop-fan cycle selection, 2-pipe/4-pipe selection, with or without valve selection, electric heat function selection, pre-heat configuration selection, 1-32 units addressable master-slave control with one-touch continuous global control functionality, addressspecific slave error recognition system using LED receiver display or wall-pad, units BMS control using any open MODBUS platform and 1 data-logger per 32 units with a maximum of 64 data-loggers. Flexible function controller for wired remote thermostat applications with Integrated condensate management control with dry alarm contact, mode indication and limited LED diagnostic, suitable for EC motor wired thermostats with 0-5VDC or 0-10VDC modulating signal and AC motor wired thermostats with L/M/H/*Auto speed on/off signals and with integrated fan relays 1-to-many zone control..
