High-tech home we transformed the house to combine its elegant appearance with high-tech touches. We put in a high-end zoned speaker system that can be individually controlled from cell phone. Most recess lights use energy-efficient CFL lights and the rest are connected to dimmers. Wall-mounted TVs in master bedroom and master bathroom. Perfect to entertain guests we have guests over all the time, from holiday parties to summer BBQs. Our gourmet kitchen with central island, large-size dining room (comfortably fits our 8 chair dining set), and deck with SunSetter awnings enable us to entertain guests in all seasons. Great front and side yards for outdoor activities. There is also the stub right across the street! Great neighborhood Balmoral is very quiet and has no through traffic. Top-notch schools (Louise Archer, Thoreau, Madison) school-bus stop right across the street from this house. Access to the W&OD trail from the community!
