The garage ceiling has some stains in it. it appears to be a water leak. 11 2.0 The service entrance conductors are underground copper It appears serviceable. 2.0 Item 1(Picture) 2.1 The main Box is Cutler Hammer with copper and aluminum ground wire. Service panel is 200A with copper ground wires. Main overcurrent device are breakers 15A, 20A and 25 A. Main and Distributor panel with 240A max rating are located at the west wall. All devices, the breakers and wiring appears serviceable 2.2 Branch service conductors are coppers, Overcurrent Devices are breakers, they 110 and 240 volts with 200 A max. 2.3 The light on the south side of the stair landing nd the light at the hallway can light will not come on when switch on. We recommend that the bulbs be change and switch on again. If that doesn't work, we recommend that a licence electrical contractor check the lines and repair as needed. The devices and the fixtures appears functional at the time of inspection. 2.3 Item 1(Picture) Light not working 2.3 Item 2(Picture) Ceiling light not working 2.4 They are connected to GFCI located in the kitchen and in the garage. The receptacle are 3 prong systems with capacity to us 2 prongs plug, They appears functional at the time of inspection. 2.5 They are functional at the time of the inspection. 2.7 They are both located in the west wall of the building. 2.8 The smoke detector should be tested at common hallway to the bedrooms upon moving in to home. 13 3.0 Two York force air handlers located in the attic. Both air handler appears functional at the time of the inspection. The areas of the air handler where the drain pvc pipes are connected are taped, it should be sealed to prevent air leakage into the attic. Condensation line are exposed in some area along same line, it should be insulated. Recommend that a licensed A/C and Heating company be used to repair as needed 3.0 Item 1(Picture) 3.0 Item 2(Picture) Condensation line 3.1 There are two York Air Conditionals located outside for cooling system, the blowers. the quick disconnect appears functional at the time of inspection. The Air Handlers at the attic appears functional at the time of inspection. 3.1 Item 1(Picture) York Air Handler 3.1 Item 2(Picture) 2- York A/C cooling systems 3.2 Thermostats appear operational at the time of inspection. 3.3 The auto safety the breakers appears functional at the time of inspection 3.4 All of the above items appears functional or serviceable at the time of inspection. The air filters for the two returns are 20X20X1 disposable. The thermostat indicate if they are dirty or not. We recommend changing them both at the time of move in. 3.5 There is register in each room with heat coming out of the register tested with Infrared Thermometer. The register serve used for delivering heating and cooling appears functional at time of inspection. 3.6 There is cooling register in each room with cold air tested with Infrared Thermometer. We recommend a repair or change 5.2 A non-vented range hood with washable filter. The filter has hole in it needs to be replaced.
