DATE: 6/6/2018 The attached information is intended to clarify questions regarding the construction documents. Please contact Derrick Giles at (336) , gilesde@enpulse.com with any questions regarding this addendum, the drawings or specifications. Where any article, division or subparagraph of the original contract documents or other addenda is supplemented herein, the provisions of the original documents shall remain in effect. All the supplemental provisions shall be considered as added thereto. Where any such article, division or subparagraphs are amended, voided or superseded thereby, the provisions of such article, division or subparagraph not so specifically amended, voided or superseded shall remain in effect. The attention of the Contractor is called to the following clarifications, additions to and changes in the advertisement, plans and specifications dated or released: June 1, 2018 on the above job. It will be the responsibility of each Contractor to call such clarifications, additions and changes in plans and specifications to the attention of subcontractors concerned. The Engineer, his/ her Architect, or Consulting Engineers in no way assume any responsibility for notifying any subcontractor, material dealers or others not having received the original contract documents. 1. (Base bid is the 2 auditorium units; alternate bid (add alternate) is the 2 gymnasium units) Provide 4 new 20 ton roof mounted package units with gas heating. Basis of Design is York J20ZRN30R2C5FCA4M1. Reference: Kevin Brese, Ductwork shall be furnished from the new RTU, through a vertical exterior wall opening, and tie-in to existing auditorium ductwork Contractor shall provide new conductors, disconnect and 125 A breakers, in existing conduit, to supply electrical power to the new RTUs.
