The machine has a mainwash- and after rinse programm: Mainwash: After rinse: In the mainwash stage the items are washed by reheated circulation water which is pumped to the nozzles. The water is being distributed to the inner- and outer nozzle system by a brass rotation joint. The water is cleaned by a filtersystem consisting of a tray filter. A thermostat with temperature read-out - controls the steam injector and warms up the water up to 60 C. A magnetic valve energizes to start the rinsing operation in the rinse stage. This water is to be supplied on a temperature of 85 C. Rinse and residual water from the items replenishes the water in the mainwashtank. When the water in the tank reaches a given level, the overflow removes surface water soilage. Main wash - 2 rotating spray tubes with 16 Stainless Steel flatbeam sprayers (ø 3 mm./ 40 ) for innerside- and 10 flatbeam sprayers for outside cleaning of the Bin; ltr. water tank, 2 mm. plate thickness; - Overflow with surface water cleaning; - Controlled wash water circulation for minimal energy consumption; kw stainless steel (AISI 304) circulation pump (± 500 liter / min., 7 Bar);

2 Unikon Bin Washer K-300/2 The machine can handle two 200 or 300 L tote bins or one Dolav at the time. Capacity tote bins: 25-70/hour Capacity Dolavs: 10-35/hour. Washing and rinsing are fully adjustable. The machine is extremely reliable and safe. An automatic feature slants the Dolav slightly after the washing proces to drain all the water in the container (optional).

4 The loading door can easy be adapted in seconds to containers. Two 15 kw pumps take care for a briliant washing result.

5 Unikon Tote Bin Washer Loading stage 2000 Pre rinse Washing/Rinsing 9350 Unload stage This UNIKON industrial washer is designed for cleaning different types of bins up till 1200 Ltr. The washer consists of a pre rinse stage and a combined wash and rinse area, and operation is as follows: A fork lift truck equipped with rotational forks places the bins on the chain transport system. The items are automatically led through the washer by a conveyor chain system from the pre rinse stage to the other stage (2 bins in one row). Meanwile the machine washes the bins, the operator can unload the machine at the back side. This saves valuable labour time. In the pre rinse program the bins are, outside the washer, rinsed by fresh water from the water supply. In the wash program the items are washed by reheated circulation water, which is pumped to the sprayers. This water (50-60 C) is cleaned by a course tray filter. This filter is removable. The last programme is the after- rinse. When the wash pump has switched off, a rinse pump energizes to start the rinsing operation. Rinse and residual water from the items replenishes the water in the wash tank. When the water in this tank reaches a given level, the overflow removes surface water soilage to the pre rinse tank. When the washer is switched on, the water tank fills with water. The low water level control ensures that the heating and/or the pump can only be switched on after the water reaches a given level. The heating elements are build in in the rinse water tank. The rinse tank (build in in the main wash tank) heats the main wash tank. This prevents damage to the heating elements because of affixing protein.
