2 Silvestro Niboli began his career as an entrepreneur during a difficult time, after a challenging but enriching experience first as an emigrant and then as a worker in the metal industry. It was then that he conceived what nowadays is called his vision. He developed a brave, long-term perspective, despite in those days new options and opportunities were almost inconceivable, and what counted most was rather surviving than dreaming of a higher social position and a better world.

The purpose-built laboratory where finished products and components are tested is the result of a partnership with one the most prestigious European technical universities and ensures maximum system reliability. FONDITAL has been strenghening its commitment to Research and Development since 2009, in cooperation with the Department of Energy Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. Thanks to the implementation of new equipment and the broadening of the company s know-how, FONDITAL aims at improving overall performance, enhancing product reliability, achieving a level of safety far beyond existing standards and developing increasingly eco-friendly processes. The laboratory has been created to test heat generators and heat distribution systems as well as latest generation terminal units, in line with FONDITAL's goal to be recognized as a trusted, global supplier in the energy industry 5

DIE-CASTING The aluminium produced by Raffmetal is supplied in its molten state to Fondital, the world leading manufacturer of die-cast aluminium radiators with a production capacity exceeding 30 million sections per year. PRODUCTION PROCESS Fondital meticulously monitors each stage of the production process, including the crucial electrophoretic coating process. ELECTROPHORETIC COATING The coating process is essential to ensuring the aesthetic quality of the product as well as colour durability over time. 9 RADIATORS ELECTRIC RADIATORS Our whole range of electric radiators has been designed to obtain a quick and accurate response to changing room temperature needs in order to guarantee the highest level of comfort in any given moment and to reduce energy consumption. Each radiator can be controlled and/or programmed independently, thus providing each room with the right amount of heat when needed. Electric radiators can be powered by renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic (solar) panels and wind power, and therefore they can contribute to energy saving and pollution reduction.
