Functionality Fagor cookers range offers a multitude of useful features for the daily life such as the electronic ignition, the timer, the rotating spit for roasting, the drawer to hide your utensils, the plate warming drawer... Safety Flame failure security, cold door... You can cook in peace because everything has been thought to avoid the risk of burns, overflow and other inconveniences. Automatic regulation Radiant hotplates regulate heat automatically. They switch on and off to maintain the selected power and a uniform temperature suitable for cooking. Easy to clean - Top Slide enamel: The interior of the oven is covered with a special and very little porous Top Slide enamel that prevents grease from getting stuck in the walls while cooking. This special enamel combined with our exclusive AquaSliding steam wash makes these ovens very easy to clean. The grease come-off in 20 minutes with no effort at all. - Catalytic cleaning: This continuous cleaning system consists of 3 oven walls made of an specific catalytic enamel which gives them the grease removing attribute. The microporous surface of the wall captures the dirt and oxidizes it making it disappear gradually. If you cook occasionally and are not very sweet, this method of cleaning is perfect for you. The Sword Rotisserie Rotisserie cooking is particularly recommended for roasts because it can enjoy tasty and cooked meat evenly. 3 A la carte functions. ECO Defrosting. The defrosting function can be used on any type of frozen food: meat, fish or vegetables, in minimum times. Reduces normal defrosting times. Celeris. Suitable for dishes that need the oven to be pre-heated. The oven reaches the correct temperature in the minimum time possible without increasing energy consumption. Eco conventional Heat. Ideal for bread or pastries as the gentle heat is applied both from above and below. Bottom Heat. The heat is applied from the lower part of the oven. This function is suitable for cooking bain-marie or finishing off cooking certain foods. Upper heat. The heat comes from the top of the oven. This function is useful to bake golden apples and cakes. Bottom Heat with Fan. The fan uniformly distributes the temperature generated at the bottom of the oven. This function is suitable for cooking paellas. Fast Cook Grill. Like the Slow-cook grill, but using the full width of the grill. Recommended for all types of gratinees: pasta, soufflé and sauce. Slow Cook Grill. Hamburgers, browning toast and in general small-sized food since only the central part of the grill is used. Conventional Heat. For baking bread, cakes, pies and pastries.
