3 The Benefits Quiet Often noise levels are quoted for the smallest model on the slowest speed to achieve the lowest possible noise levels. In that case GREE can claim 21dba for the GWH09TA model on low speed. However, in reality these units will not cool or heat your open plan living area and you will need a much larger air conditioner / heat pump. 5 Features Mould and Odour Prevention When used as an air conditioner and once turned off the indoor coil is wet and provides a great environment for mould and bacteria to grow. With GREE, once the heat pump is switched off the air direction panel closes and the indoor fan continues to run until the indoor coil is dry. This helps to keep the coil clean and prevents the growth of mould and bacteria as well as reducing bad odours in the heat pump.
