Smart Home lets you remotely control and monitor your Samsung washing machine using an App* on your smartphone. From anywhere inside or outside the house, where there s a wireless network, you can instantly start or pause it and keep an eye on cycle selections, remaining time and finishing alerts when the cycle is complete. So you know your washing s done right, without having to wait around by the machine until the cycle ends. Only monitoring is allowed for gas dryer for safety issue Server

6 I N T R O D U C T I O N Try It Now (App Demo Mode) Try it now allows users to simulate Smart Home functions without connection between smartphone and washing machine. This mode has no influence to the actual working of washing machine. 12 F u n c t i o n Notified Remaining Laundry If any laundry is left in the washer/dryer after cycle is completed, Remaining Laundry will notify you based on your selection among 30min, 60min, 90min. This notification will continue for a maximum 12 hours, and it will end once you open the door. Please remove laundry from your washing machine.

16 I n s t a l l a t i o n Download & Install Download & Install Register Use the APP Wash! 1. Visit Google Play Store for Android devices, or Apple App Store for ios devices, and search for Samsung Smart Home to select. 2. Download and install the Samsung Smart Home app on your mobile device. 3. To enable the app, you are required to enter your Samsung account. You will be guided in creating a Samsung account if you don't have one directly on the app. Pre-Checklist 1) The Samsung Smart Home app supports Android OS 4.0 (ICS) or later which is optimized for Samsung smartphones (Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series). Some functions of this app may work differently on other devices. 2) This app supports ios 7 or later for iphone models. 3) AP(Access Point) must be connected to the external Internet. (check firewall or Internet connection of AP) 4) If wireless network not connected. Smart Home is not available. 5) The surrounding environment may affect the wireless network performance. 6) The registration procedure is required just once for the first use.

17 For dryer, Hold Anti Static(*Smart Control/Smart Monitor) instead of Pre Wash(*Smart Control) Smart Home C o n n e c t i o n Register (WF/DV7500,6500K) Download & Install Register Use the APP Wash! Please follow the below steps Run App Add new Select WM Input AP info. Connect Done APP Easy Connection Done Washer AP oap Hold Pre Wash (*Smart Control) for more than 5 sec. Until AP shows up on panel. The word AP will blink while connecting to the router When the washer is connected to Wifi, oap will be appeared. After set up is finished on the mobile app, Hold Smart Control for 5 sec to exit Easy Connection, or restart the washer.
