81 Lock Out Codes SIT Proflame Systems

82 Automatic Safety Restart Approximately every 24 hours, the SIT P2 system will turn everything off for approximately 5 seconds to perform a safety check. Once safety check complete (5 seconds) it will re-execute last command. Note: Timer starts once pilot has proven flame.

85 Lock out and error codes Starting from OFF, press power button on remote Approximately 4 seconds system will begin spark It will spark for 60 seconds, if no rectification is proven the DFC board will stop sparking for 35 seconds and then begin sparking for another 60 seconds. If pilot is not proven it will go into Lock Out and LED will blink red 3 times until system is reset

93 Warranty Program 1) Part is needed and it is under warranty 2) Send in PO for the part you need (charged) 3) Once service work is completed and return part is ready to return send in warranty claim form to Kozy Heat. 4) Jared will fax back the claim form with an RGA. 5) Make a copy of the RGA, put a copy of the form in box and return to Kozy for credit. Please write the RGA on the outside of the box

94 Receiving Product (Signing BOM) Please be careful to check in your freight on every delivery. If something in missing note the BOM before signing. Lost freight happens all the time with trucking companies, but signing the BOM that everything was there makes it near impossible for freight claim to be approved. Re-order what ever product you need ASAP

95 Visible Freight Damage Option A - Refuse the freight - Before driver leaves call Kozy Heat (Jared) for a RGA number to write on the box. If it is after hours please send an or leave a message. - Reorder the damaged product and write on order replacing freight damage and we will process it out ASAP Option B - If it is something that can easily be replaced sign for it and send in an order for what part you need - Ex: Replacement glass and valance or outershell

Pictures will be needed to make sure we get the correct parts. Please try and inspect product before you leave for the job site.
