Filling shaft door simple feeding with 50 cm logs The revolutionary double vortex combustion chamber ensures optimum mixing of the combustion gases with oxygen. The flame is distributed across 2 chambers and therefore a highly efficient combustion is ensured. The lambda probe controls the primary and secondary air input and ensures the cleanest combustion, even in part load operation. Due to the intelligent control it is controlled, depending on the power output, to the optimum fl ue gas temperature. Control Lambda Complete cleaning of the grate due to automatical tipping on a cleaning device. No manual cleaning requirement. A clean combustion grate guarantees an optimum air supply. The ash from the combustion chamber is dropped into the large ash bin below. The HERZ pelletstar is depending on the fuel quality several weeks maintenance-free. 2. 10 Discharge systems HERZ offers for each room and space situation a variety of solutions to store the wood pellets and to discharge the fuel via various systems to the boiler. The offer ranges from different variants with flexible screw discharge and suction discharge, over discharges from a bag silo or hoppers for the manual filling of pellets. The room discharge with a flexible screw is an easy and energy saving solution to empty the storage room in an efficient way. With this, for example situations in which the storage room is located one floor higher, can be solved easily. Room discharge via modular screw in combination with suction system: The suction system from HERZ is especially suitable for longer distances from the storage room to the boiler Room discharge via flexible screw from a bag silo. The bag silo can normally be placed into the boiler room and provides an optimal solution for small rooms. Hopper for manual filling of the pellets If you want to waive the automatic discharge from a storage room, there is the possibility for manual filling of the hopper.
