Nearby Mylor Yacht Harbour has been the subject of huge improvement over recent years and is now probably one of the finest facilities for boating and yachting enthusiasts in Cornwall. The historic and popular Pandora Inn, just over a mile away, is an ideal place for crabbing, or even mackerel fishing when the tide is right. A few miles to the south is the vibrant port and university town of Falmouth, whilst about 7.8 miles to the north, the city of Truro provides state and private schooling, a large range of shops and amenities, and a mainline rail link to London Paddington.

Occupying a plot of about 3.4 acres, it is a wonderful and unexpected property located on the wooded outskirts of the popular and well-served village of Mylor Bridge. To the ground floor, a galleried, double-height entrance hall has extensive glazing so is bright and spacious, with oak floors and motion sensor lighting.
