2 ENTRY RULES 1. Entries will only be accepted from members of the British Cactus and Succulent Society. Entry will be free. There will be no prize monies. 2. Exhibitors will be allowed two entries in each class, except where specified (class 66) 3. Entries must reach the Show Secretary Mr Jamie Barron not later than Wednesday 31 st May Plant classification and judging will be in accordance with the Handbook of Shows 10th. Edition All entries to be staged between 9.30 a.m. and a.m. on the day of the show. To allow the show stewards time to check the benches, staging of plants will not be allowed after a.m. 6. Judging will commence promptly at a.m. 7. The judges may, at their discretion, withhold an award in any class where they consider that the standard of the exhibits is too low. 8. Any objections must be submitted in writing to the Show Secretary within one hour of the end of judging on the day of the show. The judges reviewed decision is final. 9. Class points will be awarded as follows: First place; 5 points - Second place; 3 points - Third place; 2 points - Highly Commended (H.C.); 1 point. 10. All exhibits will be staged at the owner s risk. The Zone 6 Committee cannot accept any responsibility for the safety of the exhibits or any personal property. All reasonable precautions will be taken against theft or damage. 11. All cups and trophies are perpetual and remain the property of Zone 6 BCSS. 12. Entry in the show constitutes acceptance of these conditions. AWARDS Most points in the show Best Cactus in the show Best Succulent in the show Most points in Cactus Classes 1 34 Most points in Succulent Classes Other Awards are shown in the schedule. Keith Grantham Memorial Medal National Diploma National Diploma Zone Six Shield Ron Ginns Trophy Awards of Merit may be given to other worthy exhibits at the judges discretion. A Bottle of Wine will be awarded to the exhibitor of the plant voted by visitors as their choice as Best in Show.

Photographic Print up to size A4 of a Cactus or Succulent subject in habitat or cultivation. Judging will be based on the quality of the photograph and not the subject. The exhibitor should sign the reverse of the print to confirm that the photograph has been taken by him/her.

6 DIRECTIONS From the roundabout on the A413 head towards Great Missenden. After about 50 metres, turn left into the sports field and immediately right parallel to the road you have just left. For exhibitors, there will be free parking close to the hall at the end of the track. It is possible that visitors may have to pay to park locally: the fees are reasonable. It is a short walk to the hall.
