5 Important points: After the event, the client is responsible for making sure that the facility is cleaned and returned to its original state. The floors must be swept, the sink must be free of food or liquids and stove top/countertops wiped clean, all lawn areas left free of debris (if used). If the room is not in original condition a clean-up fee will be accessed up to $ Trash containers need to be placed inside the Orangerie, kitchen of the Conference Center after the event or hauled off by caterer. The Pavilion trash must be removed at end of the event. If you rent the Botanic Gardens tables and chairs they must be stacked neatly inside the Orangerie at the end of the event and not left outside. Clean-up starts at 10:00 p.m. and completed by 11:00 p.m. All event activities must conclude at 10:00 p.m. If your event extends past 11:00 p.m. you will be changed double the additional fee ($600 and $400). As per the rental contract with BG, your Event Coordinator will arrive at the appropriate time to open the building. If you enter inside the building or begin before or after your event other than the contracted time you will be charged accordingly. (See Opening Building under Q&A). The Botanic Gardens reserves the right to refuse admittance for photography/videography and/or to change its photo policy without advance notice.
