Concrete floor is cracked and uneven and needs replacement. 3. Picnic tables are constructed in house and does not provide the image desired. 4. Trash cans are 55 gal. barrels, while very functional, it does not provide the image desired. 1. Replace Shelter House 2. Replace concrete slab 3. Purchase new picnic tables. 4. Replace trash barrels with receptacle type. Estimated Repair / Replacement Cost $130,000 2 Shelter 2 Picnic Shelter with 6 tables and seating for 48 individuals.
