General Park Impressions: Facility is maintained at a higher level than other facilities. Gazebo is small for concert performances and weddings that take place. No easy access for rental companies to get equipment in for events without tearing up trail pavement. Shelters need to be updated and basketball court needs repairs and color coating. Accessibility Level: Good access and easy to find off of 7 Highway. Paved parking and paved pedestrian trails with easy access accessibility for disabled.

The feature is the focal point of the park. 10 Drainage Ditch Drainage ditch West side of Park 1. Goose fecal matter is all over the trail from the native geese population. 2. Pond is shallow due to silt matter. 1. Bank along ditch needs to be addressed as it is eroding and catching trash. 2. Does not work effectively at catching silt prior to entering lake. 1. Dredge pond in near future to provide stable aquatic environment. 1. Dredge the area west of lake to enable silt to be caught prior to entering pond. 2. Improve the image of ditch bank along both sides of the ditch. $150,000 Included in above cost. 11 Spillway Lake Spillway and Bridge 1. Where trail abuts trail has dropped. 2. Railing preventing individuals from getting down by the concrete walls needs to be extended to deter people better. 3. Some of the boards on the bridge have been burned by people. 1. Remove railing and replace with more appropriate to prevent citizens from going into area. 2. Replace foot boards with new. 3. Signage is old and dated. 3. Fence is leaning, bowing and in disrepair. 4. Surface has significant wear with low spots and cracks. 5. Goals need to be updates. 1. Asphalt surface needs to crack filled and color coated. 2. Replace all fence materials with black coated vinyl material. 3. Re-stripe courts with tennis and pickleball lines. 1.
