The location and peacefulness were ideal. The conversion has been done to a high standard, and I particularly liked that the developers were mindful of the history of the building and so it retains some lovely features including the beautiful old beams. As a listed building all of the original barn openings have been retained making it light and bright and giving good connection with the outside space. The décor is neutral throughout, which enhances both the character of the building and that feeling of light and space allowing the accommodation to be furnished to individual tastes. The property is surrounded by high walls and hedging, so we enjoy a really good degree of privacy, continues the seller, and the generous outside space, has been designed for ease of maintenance.
