Our aim is for our clients to share the magic of this wonderful island that each of our owners have discovered. Villa Details A beautiful private villa with fantastic facilities both inside and out. Extremely well-equipped, elegantly furnished, to a very high standard, with spacious south facing terraces and an established private lawned garden with an array of beautiful Mediterranean flower, large palms, fruit and almond trees and several native tortoises. Set in the unspoilt and picturesque village of Torret, with the fantastic restaurant Pan y Vino just around the corner and an easy ten minutes' walk to the old town of Sant Lluís. A town where there are shops, restaurants and great local bars and less than five minutes by car to pretty sandy beaches of Alcalfar, Binibeca, Binisafuller and Punta Prima.2 hours cleaning 3 times per week is included 1/8

6 Ground Floor A well-equipped kitchen with air-conditioning, built-in induction hob/oven, microwave, large USA style fridge freezer, drinks fridge, SONOS System and dishwasher. Large recessed patio doors onto a spacious terrace with water feature. Utility area with washing machine, dryer, chest freezer and sink. Arched french windows open onto a sun terrace with two rattan arm chairs, foot rests and a small table; it has fantastic views across unspoilt open countryside to the south coast and sea. Outside Spacious veranda with bougainvillea overlooking the garden; it has a comfortable rattan sofa with two armchairs and a low-level coffee table. Mares terrace with small dining table and seating for four guests overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Small private terrace with two chairs and small table A large covered dining terrace with teak table and rattan chairs, BBQ and a relaxed low level Mediterranean seating with masses of cushions to chill-out on. Large sun terrace with lemon and orange trees, a small teak table and seating for four, deck chairs and a pretty water feature made from natural stone along with resident goldfish. Gated steps to lead to the large swimming pool (12m x 5m) Roman steps and sun terrace. The large garden is surrounded by traditional dry-stone walls making it both private and safe for children. It is a mixture of lawned gardens and natural areas with Almond, Apricot, Pomegranate and Nispros trees. In the spring and early summer, there is an abundance of wild flowers and always plenty of resident tortoises to be found. First floor sun terrace with two rattan armchair, foot rests and a small table; it has fantastic views across unspoilt open countryside to the south coast. 6/8
