Nestled within nine acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, with a tranquil lake and tumbling waterfall, it is an exclusive-use venue with endless photographic opportunities. Kelly & Mike During British Summertime, weather permitting, you have the option of having your ceremony in the beautiful Gazebo, which is nestled within the immaculately landscaped gardens. The Gazebo provides an unforgettable setting for you to exchange those all important vows. The magnificent Garden Room is an all year round stunning location for your civil ceremony. Five double doors span the front façade providing guests with a perfect view of the beautiful Mill Barn Garden and, more importantly, of the bridal party as they make their momentous entrance across the bridge. The stunning roof lantern ensures that the room is always light and adds to the effect of the gardens reaching into the covered space. An inside and outside sound system enables you to share your carefully chosen music with your family and friends. In addition to being a beautiful setting for your ceremony, the Garden Room can also be used for reception drinks for guests who arrive to the Orangery following a ceremony in church, as a stylish backdrop for indoor photographs or, for larger events, an alternative location for dancing and music. A private room is also provided for the bride to meet with the Registrars prior to the ceremony. If your ceremony has already taken place elsewhere, this private room becomes a romantic haven where, as newly-weds, you can enjoy a quiet drink and reflect upon the commitments you have just made before you make your grand entrance to meet your guests.

Set beside the river Len, the beautiful gardens include sweeping lawns, huge Wellingtonia Pines and Blue Cedars dating back over four hundred years. The natural beauty of the water creates a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere as well as unforgettable scenery. The photographic opportunities are endless throughout the grounds: at the lake with the boathouse as a stunning backdrop, in front of the tumbling waterfall, beneath an outstanding Wellingtonia Pine or simply relaxing on the lawns. DIRECTIONS BY ROAD: The Orangery (situated within the Turkey Mill estate) is located 1.5 miles from Junction 7 of the M20 and is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Maidstone via the Len Valley footpath. Vehicular access into the estate is from the A20. The Orangery is adjacent to and connected by footpath to Mote Park.
