1 ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK Compiles and maintains accounts receivable records by performing the following duties: Conducts collection calls Collects and sorts cash billings. Addresses customer inquiries pertaining to processing credit card payments/refunds. Processes and posts checks, cash and credit card payments. Processes credit applications. Resolves returned mail s and/or mails customer statements/invoices Acts as customer point of contact for copies of invoices and other supporting documentation. Makes monthly deposits at the bank The above duties are not to be considered a complete list of duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with one to three years related experience Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Computer Skills: Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Applications. Other Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of general accounting procedures Experience: Accounts Receivable: 3 years (Required) Education: High school (Required) Drivers (Required)
2 COMMERCIAL FIRE ALARM INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN Desired:Driver's License The Commercial Fire Alarm Installer is responsible for installing fire alarm and fire suppression systems per NFPA guidelines. Run stainless steel cable and pull wire Install and bend conduit Install, program and test fire alarm panels Read, research and identify project needs prior to job start Read and interpret vendor manuals, blueprints and work orders to perform required installations Use a variety of hand and power tools in performing installations Trouble-shoot and repair faulty installations Responsible for maintaining all documentation and reports associated with daily work Evaluate customer sites for additional equipment and services. Complete and accurately record required information onto field reports. Work in compliance with the company s safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times Maintain company vehicles and appropriate inventory levels for jobs Experience: Alarm Technician: 1 year (Preferred) Drivers License (Required) SPRINKLER SERVICE FITTER Desired:National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies Responsible for providing inspection, testing and preventive maintenance service for fire sprinkler equipment to comply with NFPA 25 Standards

Assemble and install a variety of metal and non-metal pipes, tubes and fittings to include but not limited to iron, steel, copper and plastic Connect pipes using threaded, soldered, grooved or cemented joints Secure pipes to structure with brackets, clamps and hangers Weld pipe supports to structural steel Operate machinery to verify repairs Ability to read and decipher blueprints Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, water mist, foam, and glycol systems Work in compliance with the company's safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times Maintain company vehicles and appropriate inventory levels for jobs Other Skills and Abilities: Comfortable with heights and working on ladders or lifts. Ability to read and comprehend appropriate NFPA 25, 20, 17, and 13 standards. Ability to work in confined space and high lifts. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, over time and quarterly on-call rotation. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) Minimum 3 years' experience performing fire sprinkler inspection, testing and maintenance service and/or installation. Willingness to learn or ability to read and comprehend appropriate NFPA 25, 20, 17, and 13 standards. Replace defective sections of hoses Perform preventative maintenance inspections and servicing using hand tools and testing equipment Document deficiencies at customer level and notify appropriate persons responsible for noncompliance issues. Perform functional and operational tests on equipment. Inspect, repair and replace fire extinguishers and emergency lights. Complete and accurately record required information onto system inspection and field reports for administrative authorities and the company. Maintain company vehicles and appropriate inventory levels for jobs. Evaluate customer s site for additional equipment and services that customer may require. Work in compliance with the company s safety manual with safety of self and other in mind at all times.
