Typical example of our deployments are IIT Roorkee Microcontroller based variable voltage, variable current DC power supply (10-110V / 5-100A) for electrochemical honing process. Its being used for grinding and processing of mechanical gears. Typical features are continuous voltage & current control, pulse & full power mode, pulse duty cycle control in u-secs. It employs embedded controller, LCD display & interface, thyristor controlled power block & high frequency switching methods. Multi-stage power blocks for power & electrical research in electrical engineering. IIT Delhi Thermal Imager based application & analytical software for lab testing of heat and air-flow for development of fire aircraft body materials. It employs FLIR A series thermal camera with application programs running with database management system for observation & data analysis. The solution is based on application software developed by as per user requirement and compatible with SDK platform & Lab view for data management.
