We were pleased to work with Ashe Construction to provide the following Electrical Services for this. Upgraded main distribution panel Split metered distribution board for new extension LED Lighting to new & refurbished areas,complete with energy saving presence detection & daylight dimming Power Installation including underfloor track to allow future flexibility Data Infrastructure to all areas Fire Alarm System including upgrade of all existing devices Intruder Alarm including upgrade of existing devices throughout Access Control to brand new entrance area CCTV added to new areas Tannoy System upgraded to allow speakers to new areas External Lighting columns added to car park We worked closely with Ashe Construction and the end user to ensure minimal disruption and allow them to continue working throughout the project, this was important as a 24hr business. D&K now have a modernised space providing a comfortable and practical working environment which includes all the services and features to suit their requirements.

They needed a new energy efficient facility for their training on the existing site at Newmarket, consisting of office and supermarket training environments. With this type of work being our expertise the project was delivered to a high standard, on time and within the clients budget. The installed systems include automatic lighting controls to LED type luminaries and an array of PV panels. 3 Case Study - Leisure Facilities Bassmead Manor Wedding Venue New Build & Refurbishment Total value 117K Wadys have recently completed an extension and renovation of Bassmead Manor Wedding Venue, located in the picturesque village of Staploe in Cambridgeshire. Contracted by Modplan Ltd and in association with Lewandowski Willcox Architects, Wady s were tasked with the electrical design and installation of the various systems listed below. Bassmead Manor Barns was designed as a unique venue to provide the most idyllic country setting for wedding receptions and to compliment the 300 year old ceremony barn. The barns stand within the medieval moat of an ancient manor house surrounded by open countryside. The Wedding Venue consists of fully fitted commercial kitchen, office, licensed bar, honeymoon suite, en-suite, reception area and an oak framed dining barn capable of seating 150 people. Externally there is a large car park and garden area which we have provided lighting to. Our works included the following services: Electrical design Distribution systems Lighting/emergency lighting installation Power installation Fire alarm system Audio sound system Intruder alarm system CCTV system Nurse call system Data infrastructure Terrestrial TV system Wadys delivered the project on time and on budget. Bassmead Manor Barns has also been awarded the Building Design and Restoration CPRE Mark for the renovation and construction of farm buildings into a stylish destination wedding venue, including the use of traditional building materials, the construction of a timber framed building - using top quality materials and paying respect to its history and surroundings.

We have a long standing relationship with Belron having dealt with the refurbishment of a number of their depots so we were very pleased to work on another project with them. The project in Leeds was design and build. Wadys delivered the following services: Distribution systems and sub-mains. General power. Energy efficient lighting internally and externally. Lighting control systems. Fire Alarm system. The brief from Belron was to service all their working requirements whilst providing a high degree of energy efficiency along with a pleasing modern look. 7 Business/Offices - Case Study Wood End Farm Moulsoe, Design & Build - Project cost 115,000 In October 2009, Wady s Electrical completed the electrical installation for the conversion of old agricultural buildings into an attractive rural office complex consisting of eight units. Wady s Electrical worked closely with Robinson and Hall Consultants and Saunders Brothers Builders, to design and build a versatile office space with the emphasis on energy efficiency. This was mainly acheived by using low energy and high frequency lighting and motion detectors in communal areas.
