2 p) Compressed Air q) BMS, Lighting and other Control Systems r) Renewable Energy, Sustainability and Carbon Reduction 2.02 Beveridge Associates Partnership Ltd has extensive experience in producing detailed designs, both as part of a design team and as lead consultant on engineering projects. The practice has also completed numerous commissions for condition surveys and reports, feasibility studies, employer s requirements for design and build schemes, maintenance audits, arbitration advice, carbon reduction and sustainability studies. 3.0 KEY PERSONNEL 3.01 The following key personnel would be involved in the management and design of any commission. The company, as well as being in the Association of Consulting Engineers, are also represented with Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET formerly the IEE) and the Institute of Energy. 4.0 PREVIOUS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 4.01 Beveridge Associates Partnership Ltd and Staff have extensive experience of commissions in the public sector, commercial sector and transport authorities, and have undertaken catering and retail projects on behalf of the following organisations: 1. This is by no means comprehensive but gives an indication of the range of services we can provide. Property Description of Project Client Deli, UBS Bank Fast-track M&E design and project supervision for new deli-style restaurant and internet cafe for UBS Bank staff in former office accommodation. Scheme included kitchen supply and extract systems, fire suppression, fan coil unit air conditioning, BMS controls, feature lighting, power, fire alarm, audio visual displays Garden Rooms Restaurant, Barbican Centre, London Refurbishment of garden room kitchen and restaurant within the Barbican Centre complex (Beveridge Associates are term consultants). Works included removal of original glazed extract canopies and installation of Heydal ventilated ceiling. The extract panels were designed to be placed in dishwashers for cleaning Bevis Marks, Shakespeare Pub and Simpsons Tavern Restaurants, London Working on behalf of the City of London Corporation, we developed solutions to longstanding problems relating to complaints of noise and odours from surrounding building occupiers. All three sites are located in city centre locations and the Shakespeare Pub is part of a listed complex. Schemes were prepared to relocate kitchen

The existing installation was carefully surveyed and load logging results analysed to ensure that the new supply could be safely connected without fear of overloading the electrical system

All work is checked and approved by a senior member of the Practice at relevant stages of the project Our aim is to adopt a quality philosophy for the whole project, from conception to completion, ensuring all decisions are correctly considered and verified To meet our stated Policy the Practice operates a Quality Management System which is Certified ISO 9001:2008. All personnel employed by, or working on behalf of, the Practice are required to conform to the Quality Management System.
