1 23 ISD Series Integrating Detectors for Laser Power Integrating Detectors The ISD series Laser power detectors are set-up with Silicon or Indium-Gallium-Arsenide photodiode detectors mounted to integrating spheres. The ISD detectors are suitable for measurement of both narrow and divergent beam Lasers. The measurement port size must be selected so that the complete Laser output signal enters the measurement port of the integrating sphere. Wide Range of Stock Items Standard ISD integrating sphere detectors are supplied from stock with diameters from 8mm to 300mm and measurement port sizes from 2 to 100mm diameter. Integrating spheres with Barium Sulfate coating and with the synthetic ODM98 coating are offered. Individual Custom Configuration and Design ISD-0.8-SiLP 8mm Diameter Integrating Laser Detector The Gigahertz-Optik GmbH s UM series modular integrating spheres and accessory components makes custom solutions easy. Select a base sphere at the required diameter and coating type then lay out a port plan and add port adapters, detectors, baffles and stands as stock items. Please see Light Measurement System Components on our website for more integrating sphere information. OEM Design and Production Gigahertz-Optik GmbH has many years of experience in OEM design and production of integrating spheres and integrating sphere detectors. Please contact our technical sales support to discuss your requirements. ISD-30-SiIGA 300mm Diameter Integrating Laser Detector with Si and InGaAs Detector Calibration of luminous flux lm is performed at Gigahertz-Optik s Calibration Laboratory for Optical Radiation Quantities.

3 25 ISD-0.8P-SiLP: 8mm Ø Integrating Detector for Laser Power Compact Integrating for High and Fast Light Throughput The ISD-0.8P-SiLP integrating sphere detector employs an 8 mm diameter ODM coated integrating sphere. The small size integrating sphere ensures high light level throughput through low attenuation as well as a fast light throughput by short transit time of the light signal (speed of light divided by the product of sphere diameter and sphere factor) Low Profile Si-Photodiode with Fast Rise Time The low profile Si photodiodes (identical to model PD- 1106) offer fast rise time for longer wavelengths as compared to crystalline type silicon photodiodes. Measurement or Fiber Adapter An UFC-11/SMA fiber connector adapter can be mount to the ISD-0.8P-SiLP integrating sphere detector s measurement port.
