(002) Introduction ECE is a Multi-Disciplinary consultancy design office. The office has been established since 1990 as Electrical Consulting Engineers office. ECE is engaged with national and international clients in applying its deep expertise and knowledge in a variety of electric power projects both in Egypt and abroad. With more than 28 years of experience and +200 successfully executed projects at the highest international standards. ECE provide the clients also with specialized services in value engineering, field- testing and measurements, coordination studies, network analysis and arc flashing and construction project management.

6 US Army Corps of Engineers (COE) Armed with a deep knowledge of US standards and experience in design requirements, ECE has successfully completed the following activities: Prepared Bid Design Drawings for the following: Electric upgrade of armament workshops # 1. Armament workshop # 3. Generator workshop. Provided complete design Documents for Upgrade of Electrical Networks at Armament Workshop # 3 project. The design work includes the following: Design drawings of infrastructure MV network, 11 KV switchgear, power transformers, LV network and LV main switch boards for each workshop facility. Technical specification. Calculation sheet and design criteria. Short circuit coordination & selectivity studies. Conducted Coordination / selectivity studies for ConTrack Int. project in El Bahrain. Provided infrastructure communication tender documents for ConTrack Int. for projects in Afghanistan and Abu Dhabi.

7 US Embassies (through US Company AICI) Provided Electro-mechanical Work Shop Drawings of the Security power System, Communication and control wiring systems for the US Embassy at Cairo. Provided Electrical Design Drawings for the new US Embassy Buildings in each of Malta & Latvia, including: Design drawings, calculation sheets, and technical specification for the new mobilization security systems Shop drawings for all underground utilities inside the two embassy layout areas [MV and LV networks, water supply and drainage networks, Fire fighting networks, and rain water drain system. Completed Coordination Drawings of all electrical & Mechanical utilities Reviewed the design of the Malta & Latvia Main buildings, which was designed by a US Design office.

8 CAIRO WEST AIR BASE Peace Vector IV Package (A): Complete electrical shop drawings of Parachute building and Unit Training Device (UTD). Coordination study and network load flow analysis for the complete air base electrical network. Materials selection according to the US Army Corps of Engineers specifications. Package (B): Complete electrical design of 22 facility buildings serving the F-16 Air fighter. Design infrastructure network for low voltage and medium voltage network. Calculation sheets for Lightning Risk Assessment calculations, short circuits, voltage drop and selectivity study. Technical support of project execution and materials identification. Coordination drawings of all electrical & Mechanical utilities for all project facilities.

9 EL MELEIZ AIR BASE Sinai Infrastructure Utilities Complete electrical and mechanical design for the military side air base to include service and dormant facilities. Complete electrical and mechanical design of the site work utilities for medium voltage, low voltage, Transformer Substations, water network, sewer network, firefighting network and irrigation network including Potable Pump Station, Sewer Treatment Plant and Irrigation stations. Site lighting complete design for all roads, Apron air field lighting. Specifications and bill of quantities for all MEP utilities according to CSI standards.

10 Multinational Forces & Observers (MFO), Sinai - EGYPT As the main electrical consulting office for MFO, we provided Electrical Design projects for both North Camp at Arish, (North Sinai) & South Camp at Sharm El Sheikh (South Sinai). The Projects implemented by ECE involved the followings: - Design of Medium Voltage Network for South Camp to replace existing Diesel Power Plants (through COE) Year Design of Medium Voltage Network for North Camp to replace existing Diesel Power Plants. - Coordination & Selectivity Studies for Electrical Networks at both North & South Camps. - Power Factor Correction and Load Reallocation at both North Camp & South Camp. - Design of 22KV Automatic Voltage Regulator at North Camp. - Rehabilitation of existing 6.3 KV Switchgear at north Camp. - Providing new Switch Gear 22 KV at South Camp to replace the old one including the replacement of 10 substations 22/0.4 KV. - Design of New Substation SS1X at North Camp [2x1000 KVA Transformers]. - Design of New Substation SS11X [500 KVA] and Low Voltage Distribution System.

11 Wadi Degla Development Company A) Dar Misr (TIGAN) Project ECE provided the following design tasks: Preparation of all Electrical, sanitary, mechanical works for 30 high rise buildings (each 11 floors). Preparation of all infrastructure stations and networks for the compound which includes the following: MV Switchgear (11KV) networks and Transformer Substation 11/0.4 KV. LV Networks to all housing, street lighting, and pump station. Communication & TV networks. Fire Alarm System Network. Sanitary Networks includes Potable water, sewer, Firefighting and irrigation systems. Electrical and mechanical design for Water Pump station including Potable water pumps, irrigation pumps and Fire Fighting pumps.

12 Wadi Degla Investment Company B) Webster University at Ghana ( ) ECE provided all Electrical and Mechanical design documents for Webster University at Ghana. Our task was as follows: Electrical Design works: Lighting & power systems. Telephone and data systems. CCTV System. Security Systems. Grounding and Lightning protection systems Transformer Substation (630 KVA- 22/0.4 KV) Emergency Generator package (500 KW,0.4KV). Mechanical Design Works: HVAC system including central, package & split units. Fire Fighting system. Water Supply System. Sewer Drainage System. Pump Station for water and Fire Fighting systems. Lift station.

13 SAUDI AIR LINES Business and Domestic Lounges Jeddah, Riyadah and El Madina El Monawara Develop all electrical design activities for 12 lounges in three airports: King Abdel Aziz International Airport KAIA Jeddah. King Khaled International Airport Riyad. New Madinah Airport Madinah. The Projects implemented by ECE involved the followings: Design of Low Voltage Network for all lounges. Design of UPS network for Flight Information Display System FIDS. Design of security network for the system operation. Design communication network for the local lounges and its interface with the larger airport systems.

The Projects implemented by ECE involved the followings: Shop drawings of all electrical power installation inside the buildings. Coordination drawings for all electrical and mechanical works. Calculation study for voltage drop, short circuit and earth fault analysis. Redesign panel boards to achieve load balance and circuit calculations. Infrastructure work for lighting and power distribution for the site work networks.

17 Japanese Factory Solution (JFS): Complete Electrical design documents for new factory AT 6 TH October City including all site work. (2012). Complete design for Sanitary and plumbing work. Complete design for firefighting network and pump rooms.

18 Alliance Group International Insurance Company: ECE provided all electrical interior design works for the office building at Dokkie as follows: Complete distribution system wiring. Power and lighting systems. Communication systems. Data networks. UPS system design.

19 HSBC Bank: ECE provided a site assessment for the fire alarm system and its sequence of operation for both main head quarter at Maadi and the Call Center building at Smart Village. We developed the cause and effect Matrix for both buildings in accordance with the NFPA 72 edition 2016 to validate the fire reaction procedure and fighting consideration for life safety of the occupants and the property. In addition, we studied the lightning protection and earthing grid for both building and provided site supervision for the contractors executing the recommended fix and the code redesign according to NFPA 780.

Providing preliminary design & BOQ for Electrical infrastructure networks for A big housing community at El Dammam Saudi Arabia Providing all Shop drawings / isometric drawings for all mechanical piping at Ezz Steel Factory (ESF) at Ein El Sokhna. - Providing control system for Potable water stations and water tanks at El Sokhna - Providing Shop drawings for Ein Saleh Project at Algeria. - Providing Electrical infrastructure BOQ for Kuwait University. (2010). - Providing Electrical shop drawings for El Ezz factory (EFS) for Bar Mill 1 & 2. - Providing control system for Potable water stations and water tanks of El Giza Power Plant. - Providing Electrical infrastructure BOQ for King Abdullah Petroleum Company at Saudi Arabia. - Providing Electrical infrastructure BOQ for King Abdullah Stadium - Saudi Arabia. - Providing Electrical infrastructure BOQ for El jahezia Project at Abu Dhabi. - Providing Electrical Mechanical shop drawings for Central processing facility System at El-Merk, Algeria.

Our task includes [22KV Switchgear Buildings, 22KV network, 22/0.4 KV Transformer Substations, Low voltage Network, Housing connections, and street lighting]. Interior Design of Electrical works for main buildings: - Al Amal Children housing (homeless girls housing and education facility). - Main Buildings (Sales office, Hotels, Administrative buildings, Tamr Henna Building) Textile factory (El Maliaka Factory). Main Mosque. Lighting system of El Gouna Club football playing yard. Interior Electrical works for all housing types.

( 2010 On going) ECE provided the following design works: Infrastructure design documents for about 700 Acres. 25 Orascom Companies - ODM sections: A) MAKADY New town housing Electrical & Sanitary Design works Hurgadah: ECE provided the following design documents and site supervision for the following: Infrastructure electromechanical design works which includes 22KV network, 22/0.4 KV Transformer Substations, Low Voltage Network, Housing connections, Street Lighting, Water supply Network, sewer network and irrigation networks. Infra structure stations which includes the following [ Main 22 KV Switchgear, Transformer substations 22/0.4KV, Desalination Plant and wells, Potable water station, sewer station, sewer treatment station, irrigation station. Interior Design of Electrical, HVAC and sanitary works for all housing units. Tamr Henna and El Khan Buildings. Main gate and security building.

26 Orascom Companies - ODM sections: MAKADY HOTEL (4 Stars). ECE provided the following design works: All interior electrical and mechanical documents. All infrastructure mechanical and electrical works. Infra structure stations [Transformer substation, Sewer station, water and fire fighting pump stations. Site lighting.

27 United Infrastructure Project: Mein River Mini Hydropower Pilot Distribution Network. ECE provided the following design works: Substation generating plant equipment's with all network connection. Overhead transmission line 33kV from the generating plant to urban areas of 2500 customers. Design distribution transformers to different areas. Network analysis for short circuit and load flow calculation for the whole network. Calculate the sag effect of the overhead transmission lines for the 40 Km distribution network.

28 Heba Linen Factory Project: Linen Factory at 6 th of October city ECE provided the following design works: All interior electrical and mechanical documents. All infrastructure mechanical and electrical works. Infra structure stations [Transformer substation, Sewer station, water and fire fighting pump stations]. Site lighting.

29 Cairo Festival Cimena Complex [CFC] Project (20 Cinema Halls): ECE provided the following design works: All interior electrical power, decorative lighting, Cinema operation system equipment control, air condition power. All Fire alarm system, sound system, access control system and low current communication network. Complete design for the main distribution boards and the power feeders network grid for all the building. Emergency power network from generator and essential network from UPS system.

30 UNION Group Project: Union Group Warehouse at Obour city ECE provided the following design works: All interior electrical and mechanical documents. All infrastructure mechanical and electrical works. Infra structure stations [Transformer substation, Sewer station, water and fire fighting pump stations]. Site lighting.

31 CACC Cairo Cargo Company Customer Service ECE provided all Electrical and Mechanical design documents for CACC Customer Service building. Our task was as follows: Electrical Design works: - Lighting & power systems. - Communication systems. - CCTV System. - Security Systems. - Grounding systems Mechanical Design Works: - HVAC system including Fan Coil Units. - Fire Fighting system. - Water Supply System. - Sewer Drainage System.
