The relay and the LED light deactivate when the gas concentration is amount of hysteresis lower than the alarm limit. The relay can also be deactivated by pressing the RESET button if the relay is programmed to be resettable (see 9.2 Relay control). Notice: Because there might be more than one alarm limit that is controlling one relay, the relay does not deactivate until there is no alarm limit controlling it. The third alarm limit action: when the third alarm limit is exceeded in addition to the actions mentioned before, the buzzer is activated and information about the alarm is displayed on the screen. The buzzer and relay (if it is programmed to be resettable) can be deactivated by pressing RESET button. The LED light of the third alarm limit does not deactivate until the alarm is off. When alarm limit has been set as S HI/S LO (limit + solenoid valve control) and it is exceeded, the limit LED light and SOL. VALVE LED light is turned on and the programmed relay as R1 activates. If the relay is programmed as resettable it can be reset during the alarm otherwise it must be reset after the alarm is off. Solenoid valve action does not reset the relay automatically so it must be reset by pressing RESET button. S HI/S LO function affects only the set control relay 1 (R1, see section 6. Alarm Settings). Control relay 2, R2, is not affected by S HI/S LO function. SENSOR FAULT When SCAN 20 sees a sensor fault, the FAULT LED light turns on, the buzzer is activated and information about the alarm is displayed on the screen. The buzzer can be deactivated by pressing RESET button. The LED sign and the relay will not be deactivated until the alarm is off.
