Coordinated the fire investigation with the US Army command staff, federal, state and local law-enforcement, the Construction Company and trades, insurance companies, fire investigators, forensic engineers and attorneys. 2 Major Natural Gas Explosion Winchester, Virginia A subject intent on suicide altered his natural gas furnace thus releasing a large amount of natural gas into the single family dwelling then ignited the gas with a lighter. The explosion damaged over 20 dwellings and sent blast debris ¾ mile away. Conducted the post blast investigation and coordinated the fire scene examination with the local and state fire and police, insurance companies, fire investigators, forensic engineers and attorneys.
