Tender documents are officially opened by the Regional Clerk s designate after 3:00 p.m. on the day specified in the tender documents. On occasion, such as during the idle construction season, tenders may not be called and tender openings are not conducted. Attached for your information are the Records of Tender Openings for for 09, 10, 16, 18, 22, 24, 29, and 30 November as well as 02, 06, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, and 23 December It is our intention to provide all Members of Council with the Record of Tender Openings on a regular basis so that you may be informed of Regional activities.
