Connect to supply and complete installation including: Install test and drain valve located at the end of the line. Test system at 15 bar for one hour on completion. Tenant to install Quick Response Sprinklers, life safety. Allowance of max 200 sprinkler heads per Leased Area. Tenant to design the system to a max pressure loss of 300 mb between any tenant design point and the Landlord/Tenant control zone valve. Tenant s system must be left charged prior to opening of the Landlord s valve. Tenant s installation shall be by certified installer. Refer to Appendix F for certificates to be provided to GWQ Tenant Delivery Team to allow Tenant Service installation to be connected to the 8.8 Smoke Ventilation NIL Units over 1000 m² to provide their own smoke ventilation. Final connection will be by direct order from the Tenant with Grinnell Firekill.
