1 May 29, 2015 Volume 1, Issue 34 Campus Alerts CHC - NONE SBVC - NONE The San Bernardino Community College District Police Department is honored to announce that Officer Bonnet has been selected by the San Bernardino Chamber of Commerce as 2014 Officer of the Year! Officer Blake Bonnet was born in Fontana, California and graduated from Alta Loma High School. Graduated the San Bernardino County Sheriff s Department Academy in 2005; class 162. Officer Bonnet became interested in Law Enforcement at a young age; he grew up around it. His Grandfather retired as Chief of Police from the City of Westminster, his father is a retired Lieutenant from the San Bernardino County Sheriff s Department, and his older brother is a Detective with the San Bernardino County Sheriff s Department. Officer Bonnet joined the San Bernardino Community College District Police Department in In his off time he enjoys golfing, going to the beach, spending time with family, and fishing. MISSON STATEMENT - The SBCCD Police Department, in concert with the Board of Trustees, is committed to providing a safe and secure learning and working environment for all students and employees. This will be accomplished through a cooperative and coordinated effort involving all departments and the SBCCD employees, law enforcement agencies and community.
