5 VIDEO DOOR ENTRY SYSTEM Video handsets also become versatile control and management stations of the system. MULTIMEDIA TOUCH SCREEN It can be used to control and display the system on the screen, with a simple touch of the icons shown on the large 10 display. It can also act as a video handset, and enables monitoring the room through the cameras installed around the home. MULTIMEDIA INTERFACE Management of the multimedia contents of external devices (PC, DVD players, etc.) through the TV set. 39

For example, it provides automation of curtains and windows, light control centralisation, centralised sound system control for the whole house, temperature control, watering and activation of several automations. 7 NEW LOCAL DISPLAY Touch display control for the management of: - in sound systems, amplifiers, on/off control, volume, station selection; - in automation systems, lighting and shutter controls. FLUSH MOUNTED STEREO AMPLIFIER, for the amplification of the signal and the activation of all control functions, such as on/ off, volume, source selection, radio station or CD track. NEW POWER AMPLIFIER The F503 stereo amplifier offers an absolutely faithful reproduction of the sound signal. The wide range of adjustments of high and low tones available, the various equalisation levels, the virtual surround system, as well as the other functions, enable to meet the requirements of the user for a comfortable listening in each room. All the parameters can be displayed on the graphic OLED display. 41

13 Control and integration The BTicino Control system provides supervision and monitoring of the home in total safety and discretion. Controls can be activated locally, using various interaction modes, from the simple TOUCH SCREEN, or remotely, using a PC, hand-held computer, telephone, or mobile phone. 15 MULTIMEDIA INTERFACE Integrated in a system, Video Station Nighter and Whice become the control points of the whole system. In addition, when compared with traditional Video Stations, Nighter and Whice can interact with the multimedia interface, providing management of multimedia contents and external devices (PC, DVD readers, etc.). Plasma or LCD TV It is possible to connect to the multimedia interface devices such as DVD and MP3 player and PC, using them as the multimedia sources of the system.
