TAMEZ Report Synopsis : UIWPD was dispatched to Joeris Hall for an unknown person yelling in the street between Joeris Hall, and Ancira Parking Garage. No one was found on location, after a search was conducted of the area. WORD : BONILLA SCIENCE HALL : 3R D FLOOR Specific J. CARRASCO 12/07/ :00 AM 12/07/2017 8:04 PM Report Synopsis : UIWPD was dispatched to Bonilla Science Hall in regards to a UIW staff member who was stuck in an elevator. SAFD arrived and was able to get him out. WORD : HILLSIDE 3 : GARAGE UPPER LEVEL Specific J. CARRASCO 12/08/2017 9:20 PM Report Synopsis : UIWPD was dispatched to upper level parking garage of Skyview in regards to an odor of marijuana coming from a parked car. The owner of the vehicle also gave consent to search the car. Nothing was found. WORD : McCombs Center/Garage : Floor Specific MCCOMBS 5TH FLOOR/JOERIS HALL 3RD FLOOR J. YBARRA Report Synopsis : UIWPD dispatched to McCombs 5th floor for a report of a student who fell and was needing EMS. Student relocated themselves to Joeris Hall and refused treatment by San Antonio Emergency Medical Services. No signs of injury were visible 12/10/2017 2:50 AM Page 8 of 15

TAMEZ 12/11/2017 9:00 PM Report Synopsis : UIWPD was dispatched to Ancira Parking to jump start a UIW resident student, jump start was successful and student departed. ST. ANTHONYS HIGH SCHOOL : MAIN BUILDING : 1ST FLOOR D. STODDARD 12/13/2017 5:46 PM Specific ELEVATOR Report Synopsis : UIWPD was dispatched to ST. Anthony's High School for two students stuck in the elevator. SAFD was called and they released the students. No injuries. WORD : WELLNESS CENTER Specific WELLNESS ENTRANCE C. TAMEZ Report Synopsis : UIWPD Dispatched to wellness center for three UIW students who had an issue with a UBER driver leaving them stranded, UBER driver left campus. INCARNATE WORD HIGH SCHOOL : MAIN BUILDING : 1ST FLOOR Specific MAIN LOBBY AREA Report Synopsis : UIW Police was dispatched to IWHS in reference to a UIW Staff who had slipped and fell in the main lobby. Leak was from a pump and two (2) pipes that had come undone causing water to shoot from pipe at a high pressure. UIW maintenance was notified, UIWPD found cut off valve prior to maintenance arrival.
