3 The Fire Alarm phase 2 package was approved by DSA on 5/10/2017. Guaranteed Maximum Price, work hours and phasing are under review. To meet budget the scope has been reduced to Fire Alarm monitoring upgrade Phases 1 & 2, and the Fiber Optic upgrade. Due to Campus-Wide fire alarm upgrade the Fine Arts and PE buildings need certification of the original DSA A numbers. 4 The Collaboration phase is complete. Notice to Proceed with the Design Phase was issued June 23, The 50% Documents are being reviewed, color options for FF&E have been presented to the BUG and new options are being prepared. 5 The Building user group value engineering comments have been incorporated by the Architect and the plans are receiving one final check before TSK proceeds with the backcheck process. The pre-qualification of bidders process is underway. 6 Re-programming for the existing chilled water piping extension has begun with Onyx Architects, Inc. 8 Maintenance and removal of the sound walls is on hold due to DSA concerns. Please note, in the total expended amount over $2.39M is the Master Planning project of which the demolition of the sound walls is the last portion.
