All of our systems are designed specifically for each individual customers requirements. We provide designs for both the domestic and commercial & industrial markets. Installation & Commissioning All our systems are designed, installed and commissioned in accordance with current British/European Standards and the SSAIB (Inspection Board for Intruder & CCTV Systems), and we always strive to meet and exceed the expectation and requirements expected from our customers and for compliance with the industries standards. Upon commissioning of all our systems, we provide all relevant documentation and commissioning certification. SSAIB Inspection Board. Routine Service Maintenance Depending on the systems installed, we provide the option to all our customers for a annual or biannual routine service maintenance contract, and unlike some of our competitors we do NOT tie our customers into lengthy service maintenance contract terms. Instead we offer a 12 month rolling contract from the date of commissioning, giving our customers the flexibility to either change the terms of the service or to terminate the contract at any time. We provide this flexibility because we believe that the quality of our servicing and customer care speaks for itself. Some people are not aware that stating that they have any alarm system on their insurance policy means that they must have their alarm system serviced on an annual or biannual basis, otherwise the policy could be deemed void. Following our service maintenance visits we provide customers with the testing documentation and certification that the insurance companies will recognise. Services

Insurance approved Most insurance companies will ask or specify that you have an approved alarm system installed and maintained by an approved security systems company. If the worst does happen and someone does break in, our alarms will send a signal to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and the authorities will be informed to ensure a minimum response time. Wireless Intruder Alarms Wireless radio intruder alarm systems can provide a great deal of flexibility to clients who have specialist buildings or are constrained as to what building changes they are able to make. High specification: From stately homes to banks and museums, William Hale can provide a belts and braces systems to ensure you are protected. Grade 4 Alarm Systems Where high value and risk is involved, a specific type of intruder alarm is required, this system is high level security which is monitored day and night and is almost impossible to compromise. Remote signalling by Red CARE GSM would be in place to ensure a response from the alarm system day and night 24/7. Integration of wireless detection can ensure no unsightly cables are used in difficult areas to wire or in aesthetical areas. British Standards Alarm Systems As with all our systems the alarm would be installed and maintained to the latest British and European Standards along with conformance to SSAIB. A SSAIB certificate of conformity is issued for every system. Remote alarm buttons / fobs Remote wireless panic alarm buttons or fobs allow any user to have a panic alarm on them in the building. 5 Access Control Our access control systems can operate doors, gates & barriers and are available in various installations such as telephone & video entry systems or computer-controlled systems operated by magnetic cards or proximity readers. Emergency lights include a battery, which is constantly charged and acts as a backup power source. Emergency light fittings detect when the power has failed and switch automatically to using the backup battery. The battery in the light fitting needs to power the light for a minimum of 3 hours, and has reduced light output in order to conserve power. There are several types of emergency lights available including: Bulkhead Lighting Droplights Exit Boxes LED Lighting Where should emergency lighting and signs be sited? Emergency lights and signs should be sited to clearly show the exit routes and final exits from the building.
