Is aggressive and competitive throughout the bidding process. Awards subcontracts fairly. Is respected by subcontractors, suppliers, and architects. Maintains project offices and field supervision to help all subcontractors work efficiently. Has an exemplary safety record. ASSOCIATES & SUPPLIERS Completes work in a timely manner. SUBCONTRACTORS/SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS Completes work in a timely manner. Has an exemplary safety record.
