23 Meter Damaged During Transport - Summary 22 Meter setup 8 /DN200 Turbine Meter atmospheric line pressure Results During re-calibration no error apparent from the error curve. Issue Meter dropped during transport Goal Detect possible rotor and bearing damage. Data collection TurbinScope was connected during re-calibration of the meter. TurbinScope showed severe rotor and bearing damage. A breakdown of the meter in the field was prevented safeguarding the meter and high consequential costs.

24 Meter Damaged During Transport - Analysis 23 Footprint Sharp spikes in the graph indicate a bended blade. The rotor was replaced and one blade was bended by 0.25mm. 3D FTT The data of the FTT analysis shows that bearings were damaged causing major imbalance over the whole flow flange, with a peak at 40% of Q max.
