(J) Vozila za talni transport - Varnostne zahteve in preverjanje - 2. del: Vozila z lastnim pogonom s spremenljivim dosegom (ISO :2016) Industrial trucks - Safety requirements and verification - Part 2: Self-propelled variable-reach trucks (ISO :2016) Osnova: EN ISO :2016 ICS: This part of ISO 3691 gives safety requirements and the means for their verification for self-propelled industrial variable-reach trucks and variable-reach container handlers/reach stackers as defined in ISO (hereafter referred to as trucks), equipped with forks or integral load-handling devices for normal industrial duties (e.g. fork arms or means, such as spreaders, for handling containers). It is not applicable to rough-terrain variable-reach trucks, rough-terrain variable-reach trucks for handling containers, machines designed primarily for earth-moving (e.g. loaders and dozers), even when their buckets and blades are replaced with forks, machines from which the load can swing freely in all directions. For the purposes of this part of ISO 3691, fork arms and integrated attachments are considered to be a part of the truck, whereas attachments/equipment mounted on the load carrier or on the fork arms which are removable by the user are not. Nevertheless, requirements for such attachments are also given by the document. Any regional requirements additional to the provisions of this part of ISO 3691 are addressed in ISO/TS and ISO/TS This part of ISO 3691 deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations or hazardous events, as listed in Annex B, with the exception of the following, relevant to the applicable machines when used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer. It does not establish requirements for hazards that can occur during construction, when using trucks on public roads, when operating in potentially explosive atmospheres, or when lifting persons. (J) Nizkonapetostne električne inštalacije - 6. del: Preverjanje Low-voltage electrical installations - Part 6: Verification Osnova: HD :2016 ICS: This part of IEC provides requirements for initial and periodic verification of an electrical installation. Clause 6.4 provides requirements for initial verification, by inspection and testing, of an electrical installation to determine, as far as reasonably practicable, whether the requirements of the other parts of IEC have been met and requirements for the reporting of the results of the initial verification. The initial verification takes place upon the completion of a new installation or completion of an addition or an alteration to an existing installation. Clause 6.5 provides requirements for periodic verification of an electrical installation to determine, as far as reasonably practicable, whether the installation and all its constituent equipment are in a satisfactory condition for use and requirements for the reporting of the results of the periodic verification. (AC) Odklopniki na preostali (residualni) tok brez vgrajene nadtokovne zaščite za gospodinjsko in podobno rabo (RCCB's) - 1. del: Splošna pravila Residual current operated circuit-breakers without integral overcurrent protection for household and similar uses (RCCBs) - Part 1: General rules Osnova: EN :2012/A1:2014/AC: ICS: Popravek k standardu SIST EN :2013. Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja za odklopnike na preostali (residualni) tok, ki so funkcionalno neodvisni ali odvisni od linijske napetosti, za gospodinjsko in podobno rabo, brez vgrajene nadtokovne zaščite (v nadaljnjem besedilu: RCCB), za nazivne napetosti do vključno 440 V izmenične napetosti, pri čemer nazivna frekvenca dosega 50 Hz, 60 Hz ali 50/60 Hz in nazivni tok ne presega 125 A, in so namenjeni predvsem zaščiti pred električnim udarom. Te naprave so namenjene zaščiti oseb pred posrednim stikom, pri čemer so izpostavljeni prevodni deli inštalacije povezani z ustreznim ozemljilom. Uporabljajo se lahko za zaščito pred požarom zaradi stalnega ozemljitvenega okvarnega toka brez naprave za nadtokovno zaščito. Tudi odklopniki na preostali (residualni) tok (RCBB) z nazivnim preostalim obratovalnim tokom do vključno 30 ma se uporabljajo kot dodatna zaščita v primeru odpovedi zaščitnega sredstva pred električnim udarom. Ta standard se uporablja za naprave, ki hkrati izvajajo funkcije zaznavanja preostalega (residualnega) toka, primerjanja vrednosti tega toka s preostalo obratovalno vrednostjo in odprtja zaščitenega tokokroga, kadar preostali tok preseže to vrednost. Odklopniki RCCB so namenjeni uporabi v okolju s stopnjo onesnaženja 2. Primerni so za izolacijo. Odklopniki RCCB, ki so skladni s tem standardom, razen odklopnikov z neprekinjeno nevtralno točko, so primerni za uporabo v sistemih IT. Posebni zaščitni ukrepi (npr. prenapetostni odvodniki) so lahko potrebni, kadar lahko na strani dobave nastane prekomerna prenapetost (na primer v primeru dobave prek nadzemnih vodov) (glejte standard ). Odklopniki RCCB splošnega tipa se ne morejo po ANNOUNCEMENTS SEPTEMBER

7 nesreči odklopiti, tudi kadar previsoka napetost (zaradi prehodnih preklapljanj ali udara strele) povzroči obremenilne tokove v inštalaciji brez nastanka preboja. Odporniki RCCB tipa S naj bi v zadostni meri ščitili pred neželenim odklopom, celo kadar previsoka napetost povzroči preboj in nastane nadaljnji tok. Posebne zahteve so potrebne za: odklopnike na preostali (residualni) tok z vgrajeno nadtokovno zaščito (glejte standard IEC ); odklopnike RCCB, vgrajene v vtiče ali namenjene le uporabi z vtiči in vtičnicami ali s spojkami naprav za gospodinjsko ali podobno splošno rabo; odpornike RCCB, namenjene uporabi pri frekvencah, ki niso 50 Hz ali 60 Hz. Zahteve tega standarda se uporabljajo za običajne okoljske pogoje (glejte točko 7.1). Dodatne zahteve so lahko potrebne za odklopnike RCCB, ki se uporabljajo na lokacijah z neugodnimi okoljskimi pogoji. Ta standard ne zajema odklopnikov RCCB z akumulatorji. (B) Srednjenapetostni 50 Hz transformatorji za opremo, katere najvišja napetost ne presega 36 kv - 1. del: Splošne zahteve - Dopolnilo A1 Medium power transformers 50 Hz, with highest voltage for equipment not exceeding 36 kv - Part 1: General requirements Osnova: EN :2015/A1:2016 ICS: Dopolnilo A1:2016 je dodatek k standardu SIST EN :2015. EN covers medium power transformers. Medium power transformer means a power transformer with a highest voltage for equipment higher than 1,1 kv, but not exceeding 36 kv and a rated power equal to or higher than 5 kva but lower than 40 MVA. National practices may require the use of highest voltages for equipment up to (but not including) 52 kv, when the rated voltage is less than 36 kv (such as Um = 38,5 kv or Um = 40,5 kv). This is considered to be an unusual case of a large power transformer, where the requirements are those for a medium power transformer with Um = 36 kv. SIST EN 50629:2015/A1: (po) (en;fr) 5 str. EN applies to new three-phase and single-phase power transformers with a highest voltage for equipment exceeding 36 kv and a rated power equal or higher than 5 kva, or a rated power equal to or higher than 40 MVA regardless of the highest voltage for equipment. The scope of this European Standard is the following: - Defining the appropriate energy efficiency criteria; - Setting of benchmark minimum efficiency levels for new transformers based on an assessment of the energy efficiency of the European transformer population installed in the last 10 years; - Proposing higher minimum efficiency levels for improving the energy efficiency of new transformers; - Providing guidance for consideration of Total Cost of Ownership. This European Standard specifies terms, definitions and measurement methods for the assessment of energy efficiency. A dishwasher should not react through the usage of different sensors to a specific test scenario. Due to the fact that a soiled load is used for cleaning performance testing but not for drying performance tests, the test scenarios are not identical. Several solutions were proposed and failed. Finally it was decided to decided to test the applicability of a combined cleaning and drying evaluation (CCD). The hydroxyl groups may be present as polyhydric alcohols, partial esters, polyester end groups or hydroxylated fatty acids. This method is not applicable to resins containing both hydroxyl groups and epoxy groups, because the latter will also be included in the result. It includes safety requirements for the X-ray generators used in CT scanners, including those where high-voltage generators are integrated with an X-ray tube assembly. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2001 and its Amendment 1 (2002). IEC :2009 describes the evaluation methods for testing medical image display systems. It is directed to practical tests that can be visually evaluated or measured using basic test equipment. More advanced or more quantitative measurements can be performed on these devices, but these are beyond the scope of this document. IEC :2009 applies to medical image display systems, which can display monochrome image information in the form of greyscale values on colour and greyscale image display systems (e.g. cathode ray tube (CRT) monitors, flat panel displays, projection system). This standard applies to medical image display systems used for diagnostic (interpretation of medical images toward rendering clinical diagnosis) or viewing (viewing medical images for medical purposes other than for providing a medical interpretation) purposes and therefore having specific requirements in terms of image quality. Head mounted image display systems and image display systems used for confirming positioning and for operation of the system are not covered by this standard. For some of the requirements given in this standard, reference is made to the relevant lamp data sheet. For some lamps, these data sheets are contained in this standard. For other lamps, falling under the scope of this standard, the relevant data are supplied by the lamp manufacturer or responsible vendor. The requirements of this standard relate only to type testing. The requirements and tolerances permitted by this standard correspond to testing of a type test sample submitted by the manufacturer for that purpose. In principle this type test sample should consist of units having characteristics typical of the manufacturer s production and being as close to the production centre point values as possible.
