Horne (24 yoa, 4710 Birchcrest Dr, Flint, MI) was arrested for Theft of Labor/Services and transported to the SIUE PD where he was booked, processed and released on a Notice to Appear. AGGRAVATED BATTERY 11/01/ :05: Location: MYSTIC GRILLE, W. FLORISSANT AVE, FLORISSANT, MO Subject reported that, upon leaving the SIUE Collegiate Halloween event in Florissant, MO, she was confronted and attacked by a female SIUE student. LOUIS Charter School informed the SIUE PD that, during an investigation by a law enforcement agency, two juveniles were found to be in possession of firearms. Officer determined the item to be cannabis wax. Officer subsequently destroyed the item. STATION INFORMATION 11/08/ :25: Subject stated she struck a deer on North University Drive just south of the bike path tunnel. The vehicle sustained no damage but the deer was found dead nearby. FOUND PROPERTY 11/08/ :12: Officer retrieved a laptop that had been found at the Tutoring Resource Center and turned in at the MUC Information Desk. Officer was able to return the laptop to the owner. TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - DEER 11/08/ :33: Subject reported that a deer ran into the side of her vehicle on N. University Drive near Lewis Road.
