5 Company History Founded in 1982 Mr. Per Carlsson Principal owner and Chairman of the Board, Rimaster AB Started to work with a Polish sub-supplier in 1997 From 2003 focusing on the major segments Special vehicles and Industrial automation 50 % acquisition of Polish production unit in Extended to full ownership in 2005 Acquisition of the mechanical company Rimaster Kisa (Sweden) in 2007 Acquisition of the ElectroSystem group (Sweden) in 2008 Established Rimaster Ningbo (China) in 2008 Established 2009 Rimaster Cab & Mechanics (Sweden) based on Rimaster Kisa Established Rimaster Benelux (Belgium) in 2011 Established Ningbo Rimaster Trading (China) in 2012 Sales office in France started during spring 2014 Late 2015 move to new premises in Borne Sulinowo, Poland During 2016, move to new premises in Ningbo, China, and new office in Arnas, France Sales initiated in Germany during spring 2016
