1 Fire & Rescue Fee Catalog Training & Education Partnership (TEP): This is a pay-as-you-go program with a maximum cost for training of $800 per calendar year for a TEP participating member. Make training request by completing the PA State Fire Academy Local Level Application and sending it to psi@ccac.edu or faxing it to and complete the MOA (memorandum of agreement) process. Fees for TEP Members: fees will be charged according to the attached Fire & Rescue Fee Catalog for the then active calendar year. TEP member agencies will incur a maximum cost of $800 training annually. TEP memberships are valid from January 1 through December 31 of the same calendar year. Memberships are renewable during any given calendar year thereafter by completing at least one training course during the applicable year. Most courses can be offered with as little as a 10-student minimum and some courses also have materials fees. Check when making your request(s). Custom s: For customized courses (contract training) not shown in the Fire & Rescue Fee Catalog, PSI will review the course and coordinate with the TEP member to negotiate and establish the fee on a per course basis. Manuals/Books: Handouts will be provided for the course if needed. Should courses require or recommend manuals/books or a published test, it will be the responsibility of either the student or the sponsoring agency to acquire/purchase these. Some programs will provide manuals.
