3 Multipli Com Multipli Com is the perfect tool to ensure constant and better monitoring of your Multipli Cité system. There is no need for external software to send alarms to operators as this is built into the software. Multipli Com is a reliable, practical, and economical solution. Multipli Com allows for an unlimited number of different alarms to be sent. Each alarm has its own pattern; its priority can be programmed, as well as specific hours of activation. The «priority call» mode allows you to integrate signals such as fire and intrusion alarms, which then can be forwarded directly to the appropriate services (fire or police.) Call transfers are done hierarchically as per your own configuration. Each person entered has her priority rank and her own availability chart. Multipli Com allows transmission of alarms either by cell phone, pager, or computer. Message reception can be by numerical code, voice, or text message, either by or SMS.

4 Radio frequency and remote management SURF Automatisation JRT has developed a highly reliable and economical licence free radio frequency system. Reliability The signal intensity between the networked sites is continuously monitored and is totally independent of climatic variations. All communications losses are reported immediately to generate an alarm. Economy There is no need for a telephone line and the frequency range used is not regulated by the CRTC; thus, usage or rental fees no longer apply. Also, if necessary, repeaters can be powered by solar panels.
