SM401 The SM401 Master Station has one selector button to access another master or remote on the system. Additional buttons are supplied for TALK, CALL, DOOR and PRIVACY functions. Options include background music, all-call paging and door release. Separate controls for audio volume and music volume are supplied. Construction is of an attractive, flame retardant type ABS plastic and wire termination is via plug-in pigtailed connectors. 7"H 5"W 2"D (175 mm 125 mm 50 mm) Single-gang ring for surface mount, IH400A for desk The SM411 Master Station has eleven selector buttons to access other masters and/or remotes on the system. The SM406 and SM404 have six and four selector buttons respectively. Additional buttons are supplied for TALK, PRIVACY, DOOR and MONITOR functions. Options include background music, all-call paging, and selective door release. Separate controls for audio volume and music volume are supplied. Construction is of an attractive, flame retardant type ABS plastic, and wire termination is via plug-in pigtailed connectors. Advanced circuitry allows for simple push button operation and hands-free reply. The stations are ideal for use in office, home, plant, warehouse, retail business, and similar applications. The IR141P has one push button for call in and one push button for privacy. The IR143P is the same as the IR141P but with three buttons for selective call-in, and a slide switch for privacy. This remote is constructed of a deep extruded aluminum panel to allow surface mounting. A gasket material is provided around the outside edge to increase protection. The OR510S has an ABS plastic grill with a plastic push button. 7.25"H 5"W 1.5"D (182 mm 125 mm 38 mm) OR541U The OR541U Outdoor Remote Station provides for call capability and two-way voice to inside master stations. This remote is constructed of an extruded aluminum panel, a louvered grill and lighted call button. 7"H 5"W 1.5"D (175 mm 125 mm 38 mm) IH101 box or IH102 ring for flush, IH700 for surface OR610, OR610W OR642, OR642W The OR600 Series Outdoor Remote Stations are surface mounted. The stations provide for call capability and two-way voice to inside stations. These remotes are constructed of an attractive, flame retardant ABS plastic. OR610 and OR642 stations have a woodgrain finish, while OR610W and OR642W stations have a white finish. The OR610 and OR610W stations include a speaker and call button. The OR642 and OR642W stations include a speaker and call button with in-use light (requires RY402 in-use adapter). 5.25"H 4"W 1"D (132 mm 100 mm 25 mm) Single gang electrical ring, if desired PK400 The PK400 is a surface-mount 24 VDC power supply for the SM400 system. Wire termination is via a color coded 14-pin pigtailed connector supplied. Power input is supplied by an SS VAC transformer. PO001 PO001 Electric Door Opener is for use in unlocking and locking doors from a variety of remote stations. The door openers can be installed in place of the door lock, or on a door jamb with various door lock sets. The PO001 is a normally locked type with heavy duty coils, and operates on 8 16 VAC or 3 6 VDC. The unit features a flat face with satin zinc finish and solid brass locking latch for long wear. Model PO001 is reversible for mortise-type locks and latches up to 1/2" width and throw and is ideal for most narrow jamb mortise-type installations. Depending on the specific job requirements, the PO001 can be reversed for right or left-hand door installation. 5 Tek-SELECT II SM400 Series Intercom System continued RY400 The RY400 Relay Adapter will selectively release an electronic door strike or activate another device. The surface-mount RY400 supplies three isolated auxiliary contacts which are selected at the master. Both normally open and closed contacts are available and carry a switching capacity of one amp minimum. RY401 The RY401 Paging Adapter adds All-Call Paging to the system. The surface-mount RY401 supplies 11 switched outputs to distribute audio among master stations (SM411, SM406, SM404, SM401). Wire termination is via the supplied color-coded 16-pin pigtailed connector. These outputs are switched simultaneously when the PAGE function is selected on a master station. RY402 The RY402 In-Use Adapter, when used in conjunction with any U version remote and PK400, causes the CALL button to illuminate when the audio is open. The RY402 accommodates up to 3 remotes. The SB205A is a plastic shell 8 ohm paging horn with talk back. (Note: an EC105 capacitor is required with the SB205A.) SM201B The SM201B Master Station is a multi-purpose two-station intercom with door release for use in homes, gates, offices, or wherever communication to a single area is desired. The SM201B is a surface mount unit with a white ABS plastic faceplate. Three buttons are supplied for TALK/LISTEN, MONITOR/OFF and DOOR release. When called, or when the TALK/ LISTEN button is depressed, the SM201B stays on until the MONITOR/OFF button is depressed. The SM201B is also available in two kits: SM201K (SM201B, OR610, SS102A) and SM201KP (SM201B, OR610, SS105B) "H 5"W (172 mm 125 mm) Single gang ring for surface if desired, IH400A for desk OR610, OR610W The OR610 and OR610W Outdoor Remote Stations are surface mounted, and provide for call capability and two-way voice to inside stations. The IR704B and IR704BD Remote Speaker Stations have a 3.5" speaker, three buttons for inside talk, door talk and monitor functions, mounted on a white ABS plastic plate. The IR704BD has the same features plus an additional button for door release. Up to ten remote stations can be added to the system. IR704B IR704BD 7"H 5"W 2.25"D (175 mm 125 mm 57 mm) Flush Mount: IH101 box or IH102 ring Surface/Desk: IH400A PK724 The PK724 Intercom Amplifier is used in combination with an IR704B/IR704BD Remote Speaker Station, and supplies the amplification, call tones, inside and door talk circuits, and door release. The PK724 also provides an auxiliary input for music distribution. POWER: 16 VAC via an SS102A or SS105B transformer VC704 The VC704 is used to combine a stereo two-channel output into a single channel for input to the IR704B/IR704BD System. A volume control is supplied so that the input to the system can be adjusted. 4.5"H 2.75"W (113 mm 69 mm) Single gang ring The OR501B and OR502 flush mount outdoor remote stations provide for call capability and two-way voice to inside stations. These remotes are constructed out of extruded aluminum. The OR501B uses an ABS plastic grill with a plastic push button while the OR502 uses a punched-through louvered grill and aluminum plunger for button actuation. OR501B OR502 7"H 5"W 0.93"D (175 mm 125 mm 32 mm) IH102 ring or IH101 box The OR501S and OR502S Outdoor Remote Stations provide for call capability and two-way voice to inside stations. These remotes are constructed of a deep extruded aluminum panel to allow surface mounting. A gasket material is provided around the outside edge to increase protection. The OR501S uses an ABS plastic grill with a plastic push button, while the OR502S uses a punched-through louvered grill and aluminum plunger for button actuation. 8 Transformers for Intercom Systems PK124K Battery Backup Kit includes the PK124 battery charger, two BA001 gel-cell batteries, the SS106 transformer, housed in an IH151N junction box. PK124 NOTE: For battery backup of the door strike, provide batteries and charger appropriate for strike voltage and current. SS102A SS102A Class 2 Transformer offers a compact, easy-to-install low voltage AC power source for use with intercom systems. The transformer is UL Listed and will safely take itself offline when overheated. The transformer is constructed for easy installation in a standard 1/2" knockout or for surface installation, and may be used in either plastic or metal boxes. SPECIFICATIONS: 120 VAC primary, 16 VAC 10 VA secondary SS105B SS105B Class 2 Plug-In Transformer is designed for quick and easy installation in areas where pigtail-type transformers are impractical or unsightly. UL Listed, it is suitable for use in office or home installations, or in areas where the transformer must be exposed. SPECIFICATIONS: VAC 10 VA, plug-in type, UL Listed SS106 The SS106 Class 2 Transformer offers a compact, easy-to-install low voltage AC power source for use with intercom systems. The transformer is UL Listed and will safely take itself offline when overheated. It is designed for easy installation in a standard 1/2" knockout or for surface installation, and may be used in either plastic or metal boxes. SPECIFICATIONS: 120 VAC primary, 8 VAC 20 VA 16/24 VAC 30 VA secondary SS250 The SS250 Power Transformer is a low-voltage power source for use with the Tek- VIEW Video Intercom System. The transformer provides holes for surface mounting and features enclosed connections. Primary wire connections are made using pigtails; secondary connections are made using screw terminals.
