OTHER OFFENSES WARRANT ARREST - IN-STATE Oct 02, 2016-Sunday at 01: Location: I-HSG 4-WAY Katherine L Schmidt (24 yoa, 5719 Sir Galahad Ln, Godfrey, IL) responded to the scene of a traffic stop ( ) to take possession of the vehicle and was arrested on an Illinois State Police District 11 FTA- Selling Liquor to a Minor warrant. Schmidt was transported to the PD where she was fingerprinted, photographed, and processed. Schmidt posted $575 bond and was released. Upon inventory of the contents, officer located a small baggy containing a white substance. Investigation continues. QUASI-CRIM:OTHER INV SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE Oct 03, 2016-Monday at 01: Location: R-SOUTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE Officer contacted the driver of an illegally parked tractor trailer driver after the officer observed a subject run from the truck and go into the woods. State police responded and issued three citations to the driver. ADMINISTRATION FOLLOW-UP ARREST INFO/BOND UPDATE INFO Oct 03, 2016-Monday at 11: Location: POLICE DEPARTMENT Yasmeen S. Bonner (23 yoa, th St, Moline, IL) came to the SIUE PD, turned herself in on an SIUE PD Theft from a School of Education warrant at which time she was arrested, fingerprinted, photographed and processed. At 12:21 hrs, Bonner was transported to Madison County Jail after being unable to post the $5,000 cash bond. The female, Doryanna L. Murphy (20 yoa, 2401 Ridge Ave, E. St. Louis, IL), was found to be wanted on an active Collinsville PD Retail Theft warrant. Murphy was arrested and transported to the SIUE PD where she was fingerprinted, photographed and processed. At 16:412 hrs, Collinsville PD arrived at the SIUE PD and took custody of Murphy as she was unable to post the $300 cash bond. Witherspoon was transported to the Police Department where she was fingerprinted, photographed and processed. Witherspoon was released on a Notice to Appear.
