3 What is SimpleLife? SimpleLife is the building automation system that manages indoor and outdoor spaces with simplicity. Control, comfort, safety, consumption analysis, energy savings and IP solutions are integrated into a single intelligent platform, designed to fit the needs of the building with flexibility. And thanks to power line communication technology, SimpleLife uses the existing electrical wires to transmit data, avoiding the need to install new cables and undertake expensive renovation works.

7 New building management scenarios SimpleLife is not only indoor. Outdoor areas can also be integrated into building management to offer a complete solution. It is possible to control lighting by remote and program when to switch on, switch off, or dim every lighting point; install wi-fi hot spot, surveillance IP cams and information panels; have real-time information on anomalies and operating condition of remote controlled equipment.

10 SOLUTIONS Safety With SimpleLife, the building is monitored 24 a day. Gas leaks, water leaks, technical failures are detected in real time and handled automatically to avoid potential danger to persons and things. Thanks to IP video surveillance system and access control, also through biometric systems, SimpleLife lets you view images from the cameras and monitor the presence of people in individual rooms or areas of the building. The system will send and SMS alerts and the anomalies detected by authorized users to provide timely check and troubleshooting. SimpleLife allows real-time metering of electricity, water and gas consumption in different areas. SimpleLife offers intelligent, customised control of lighting systems depending on actual presence of users and in response to measured daylight levels. HVAC SimpleLIfe delivers intelligent management of the ideal temperature profile in every room, recreating optimal comfort conditions without either energy waste or unnecessary heating and cooling of areas kept unused for long or short periods of the day. Users can: remotely manage switch-on and off setpoints for heating/air-conditioning during specific times, and program the relative temperature levels. ELECTRIC LOADS MANAGEMENT SimpleLife allows rational and efficient use of electricity to avoid overload blackout and surcharges due to consumption of Kw above the energy contract threshold. The EasyCon software makes it possible to set the maximum value and program the electric loads to temporarily disconnect in case of overload on the basis of set priorities.

14 SOLUTIONS Power line communication IP solutions SimpleLife, transforms the power line into an Ethernet network to provide IP connectivity solutions and services within and outside the building. Thanks to a high-speed powerline carrier it is possible to install IP security cameras, provide information and advertising service to users through multimedia digital information desks and panels with the ability to create customised schedules and messages; create new LAN networks in areas of the building not wired for Internet connectivity; install WI-FI hot spot. All in a simple and flexible way through the existing powerline, with no additional wiring required. Video surveillance SimpleLife allows to install IP cameras for video surveillance without adding new wires. This solution makes the installation easier and more flexible. the cameras may be placed inside the building infrastructure avoiding operations of assembly and disassembly. Multimedia Digital Signage Thanks to SimpleLife communication becomes easier. Just connecting totem, display, monitor, to the electrical network, it is possible to create information and advertising messages and schedules, in real time.

15 Extended Lan Connectivity SimpleLife transforms electrical network in a Lan. A solution that allows to transmit the Ethernet signal in the hard areas to reach, and to install PC station, VOIP phone WI-FI connectivity services. WiFi SimpleLife is able to supply WIFI connectivity services using broad band devices over power line. This technology allows wireless connection of one or more hot-spots using the existing electricity supply system of the building.

16 SOLUTIONS Remote control Thanks to EasyCon supervision software, SimpleLife can manage the building from wherever you are via smartphone, tablet or Pc connected to the internet. You can receive alarm warnings, send configurations, and execute commands, display video camera images and much more. All with maximum safety and simplicity.
